How important is freedom?

Can we have too much freedom?

What would you risk for more freedom?

We all have our value systems. As a species we have developed countless value system. Some of these have been specifically encoded and religiously enforced, and some are never consciously recognised nor alternatives considered. For most people freedom means the freedom to dictate. The financial freedom to dictate the labor of others, the political freedom to dictate behaviours of others, the social freedom to dictate norms of others, the religious freedom to dictate the religions of others. Most people have no idea what freedom is.

I hold freedom in a very high regard. If there is a judgement on my final day may it merely be that my life helped preserve, and improve, the free will of man. We are all born with a gift from the Divine, the opportunity to become conscious creators. It is a terrible gift once realised, the Original Sin. We may choose to disobey the Order imposed on us, and tempt judgement and consequence. Sin is the Science and Art of causing Change to occur in conformity with Will. The use of our gifts of Free Will is always risky, the sacrifice that must be made to use our terrible power. Neither Order nor Chaos improve our freedom alone. They must be correctly balanced to maximise our freedom. Modern society is dominated by Order. We live regimented lives, existing to serve the whims of our employer and government. Our Owners. There may be a few exceptions to this reality, but currently authoritarian order dominates Free Will of Man. This is an affront to our divine gifts, so we develop coping mechanisms to suppress our nature.

Beatniks, Hippies, Punks, Hipsters, etc… just different manifestations of the same thing. Each differentiated more by the secondary symptoms such as method of dress, common ideals, and rhetoric then by the actual environmental factors of their time and place that produce the given sub-culture. Not because we seek approval from a specific sub-culture, but because we all grew out of a similar culture. We were raised by culture very different from that experienced by the generations before us, and thus produces trends that have superficial differences from the counter-culture of the past. The love of thrift stores is not faddish materialism, it’s anti-materialism. It is a trend that developed across the nation from a generation disenfranchised by materialism, commercialism, sweat shops, and landfills. Sure a handful of hipster elitists materialise and fetishize the trend, but that does not invalidate the genuine grassroots counter-culture that has defined a generation. It's a coping mechanism.

A common threat of all counter-culture is hate and distrust of Police. This hatred of police comes from their new identification with a repressed minority. Though not likely to be completely conscious, their actions demonstrate a failure of the myth of authority. After disillusionment with authority comes disdain. Rebellion becomes self-reinforcing when people begin to identify more and more with the oppressed and lose their identification with any authority figures. Many waves have crashed on the shore, but eventually critical mass is reached and Order is dissolved in an Orgy of Chaos that consumes the freedom Order allows. This occurs frequently on a personal basis, sometimes on a national basis, and is now poised to consume the very Eye of Authority.

There exists a Western Banking Empire, the foundation of Western Economic Influence around the world, and subsequently (#2) government influence. Unless you deny the global influence of major financial institutions, and obvious corruption of political leaders at all levels by the existing monetary monarchy. Our current civilisation is a creation of this Empire. The Western Banking Empire is responsible for modern civilisation in the way a parent is responsible for their child. Creation is not ownership. Free Will is beyond ownership. Authority was never granted to deny the return of The King.

Many of us knowingly serve the Empire, some consciously, some unknowingly, some for personal benefit, some who believe it is the lesser evil. Particularly as Americans we are servants to the serpents of this Financial Empire. We can not see the corrupt fruit we bare because conflict of interest is much more insidious than that. The sweat shops, factory farms, oil spills, war, poverty, and other injustices are cloaked with ignorance. Most people are typically not conscious of their prejudice and warped perspective, after all we are members of a culture that perpetuates itself by actually believing the BS we're being sold. But it is just BS. Exponential growth can not continue in a finite world.

Our current crisis is a debt crisis. It's consumer debt, it's sovereign debt, it's corporate debt, you name it. The whole usury scheme assumes exponential increase in wealth. Once things turn around, and start flat-lining, or declining, servicing the debts become a major drain on the economy at all levels. A drain that mostly supports major financial institutions. Sure there are plenty of 99% people with a stake, such as 401k, treasuries, bonds, and the like, but these are crumbs of a cake we can no longer afford to dump so much productivity into. When the debts finally evaporate, and they will, we can go back to producing labor for wealth instead of producing labor for debt.

Of course no Imperial wants their debt derivatives to fail. There are many stakeholders in our debt-based monetary/financial structures that don't want to see it all evaporate, but there's no more room on the etch a sketch. It's time to shake it and start over again. A great many people will loose a lot of wealth they thought they had... on paper, but once the dominoes of debt rebellion start to fall who's going to care about their credit rating over immediate needs? The debts must be written off because they can't get blood from a stone. These debts will disappear once we stop believing in them.

We may step back from the real/not real, valid/not valid, fact/fiction dualities and realise that we are each weaver of our own myth just like all the other Wizards. I weave imagination into the fabric of observation in order to create a map of reality. Is it 100% correct? No. The map is not the territory. No map can be the territory. That’s not even the point. This is story telling, just like any historian or anti-historian. Any validity in this rhetoric hinges on personal interpolation of the metaphors. Every truth is based on a thousand lies, and every lie is based on a thousand truths.

There is a revolution going on right now, but this revolution must happen without direction. I'm not here to tell people what to do, or what to think. Anyone may know that they have THE light of Truth, but if you start shining it in people's faces you will only encourage defensiveness. Telling people what the truth is, is infringing on their right to Free Will. But as the world changes, more and more people will be kicked out of their simple world-view and be looking for a world-view that better explains their observed reality. My task is to be there when they decide to look. To trail-blaze a path for others to find. Encourage the conditions for the revolution, but not impose expectations on the world. To act without acting. To do what is right for me, not to lecture others on what's right for them. The music is already playing. I'm not trying to beat the drums to my own tune, I'm learning to sync myself to the rhythm that is already playing. To resonate with the theme that feels best for me and to be a part of the music.

I made sacrifices for my freedom. I joined the military and learned what freedom was. I've walked away from 3 very good jobs since then as an expression of freedom. My financial well being has been significantly harmed by this process, but I move forward. I do what I think is right at the time and follow the path it takes me. No regrets, just experiences.

Yule-time half-draft.

It's almost Yule-time again. 2011 was a great year for us and we hope your's was too. Faced with unrelenting economic challenges we write our story of high adventure, struggle, and growth as a family. We've spent this year adjusting to our new realities quite well, considering where we now find ourselves. Although there's no telling what 2012 will have in store for us, we have faith in our family and trust to our fate.

Elysia is now in Second grade and already an amazing person, though we may be biased. It seems every day we're reminded that she's growing up to be the kind of intelligent and empathetic person with a mind of her own. Egan has preschool once a week, and he loves it. It might be the only thing right now that he'd rather do then play video games. Roslynn is a princess. Beautiful and evil. Despite many efforts to the contrary she's still able to push her brother and dad around like a spoiled princess.

We march on into 2012, into uncertain times knowing that it's the struggle that shapes us. A life of security and luxury is a false ideal. We can see that in practice it only creates insecurity and emptiness. Our worth can't be measured by our financial insecurities. What we do is worth it because it's our story. The narrative of growth is defined by adversity. An investment in Character that pays richer then sacrifices to Mammon. The path may not always seem apparent, so we walk with faith and good will to all.

Hello,

I'm a father, a veteran, a husband, a worker, an American, and a dreamer. Things were going quite well for our family about 2007. I had a good job, and we bought our first house.

Our house was $233k when we bought it, a fixer-upper in a Hispanic neighborhood, but it was perfect for us.

Today it's worth about $145K, not considering the massive dry rot, mold damage, and tens of thousands of dollars in other major cosmetic issues. Thats a $22K/year loss.

During that time pressures in the job market drove me from a $72K/year job to $45K/year, a $27K/year loss.

During this time our household share of the National Debt has went from $190K to $260K, a $17.5K/year loss.

I'm not going to go into why I believe the banks to be significantly responsible for our nation's, and my, economic collapse. In hindsight it's easy to see the Usury and Political Corruption at the heart of our economic system, but I was an American Dreamer. I'm not asleep anymore. I've been rudely awaken to a Brave New World Reality, and I know nothing. I have many suspicious. These suspicions don't enlighten the sure path, they obfuscate the very idea of security. I was tossed out of Plato's Cave and observed an apocalyptic world full of Zombies and Chaos. But what is to be done?

After the 2008 TARP fiasco I felt morally obliged to exercise civil disobedience against the banks, but what can a family man do? Frustrated with Macro-Economic issues I viewed my own economic niche with a new cynicism. Our national blight has been caused by those who fail to speak truth to power, and I would no longer be responsible for selling out my truth. I placed my job on the line for what I thought was right, and found myself unemployed. The decision to strategically default on the house became compulsory when I was left Jobless and without any income besides Food Stamps. The knowledge that my 401K would also hemorrhage money and fail well before my retirement and a desire exercise an act of rebellion against Bank of America, gave me purpose, but not solutions.

There was no telling how long we could keep our home, but we could still survive on my income if we didn't have to pay a mortgage (or student loan, or credit cards). I no longer have any faith or good will towards a banking system of debt enslavement that has taken over our nation. I felt no moral obligation to repay printed money with my labor. My moral obligation is to fight back against the enslavement of my people, my family, my nation, the entirety of life as we know it.

I don't regret the path I've taken, and I don't begrudge the toll I've paid. I will follow the Hero's Journey wherever it leads. The best I can do is what I think is right at the time. Regret is only for those who think they can change the past. My experience grows with each new adventure. Losing often teaches better then winning. I've lost a couple of skirmishes but the real Great Struggle hasn't even started yet. I've sacrificed my family's security with a gesture that would appear to be totally inconsequential to the Great Struggle, but it's what I had to give and I gave it freely without expectation. I will bear it. Whatever the fates have in store for us.

Cynical Agnosticism

I don't know how the world works, no one does. The only constant is chaos. Many fain comprehension of methods of madness, but any who claim comprehension are insane. Anything anyone can think they know of Humanity and the Universe we find ourselves in is an ignorant belief. Some beliefs are more informed by observation then others, but reality has a complexity well beyond the comprehension of any single mind. So how do we navigate the chaos without a perfect map? We work off maps we know to be untrue, but functional. Most Christians don't actually believe 100% of the narrative, many don't actually believe in most of it, but it's a narrative, a map, to a good life and a good society. However, beliefs cause people to feel the need to exterminate any different perspective in order to validate their own.

So is it possible to function without belief? How do we navigate without a working map? The Scientific Dictatorship of the Future would have us give up personal navigation. The narrative of the greater good (according to a vetted elite) would effectively be transmitted to individual by the machines. The lack of diversity and the inbred group-think in such a society would create instabilities that we can easily see in the world today. We're blinded by our beliefs, we can't see what's right in front of our eyes yet we march proudly on. There is no way to know what we can't perceive, and no way to perceive the turbulent nature of chaotic interaction. The Chaos of Anons.

The real problem comes in with how our beliefs cause our realities. I belief this to be true on a metaphysical level, but it can be easily observed without invoking extra-reality explanations. Belief in any particular idea tends to cause the observation of said idea. Belief in Republican ideology tends to cause a world viewed with a republican narrative (Same for Dems, there's just a bit more diversity in the narrative). A belief in the fundamental goodness of man will lead to seeing the best in strangers. A belief in moral law leads to an imposition of criminal law. Belief in an authoritarian God leads to the formation of an authoritarian government. Our myths form our perspective, our lies form our real world.

It is then my belief that our salvation is cynical agnosticism. Nothing is real, but something is real. Any one idea is BS, but everything is BS. We live in our BS, but there's nothing we can do to escape an underlying emptiness to any belief. The fullness of life is to be found, not in a House of Cards, but in experience and perception. The House of Cards is how we shape our experience and perception. It's important, but not sacred. Beliefs are real, because they shape reality, but they're not creating the reality you want... then it's time to change your beliefs.

A new reality

All media is propaganda, and all propaganda is an attempt at mind control. Manipulate reality by manipulating minds. The Art is real, and it is important. There's millions of robots out there. What would they do without programing? Become sentient because they lack other programing? No, they will find ANY other programing to run on. There's the more individualized programing, and there's the social engineering programing.

The actions often do not align with the rhetoric, but how can we know what another's conscious thoughts are? What his programing is? If he is individual programed, who did it, and are they programed? Most likely. And are their programmers programed? Most likely. It's also called culture. We have conscious cultural motivations and unconscious. Manipulating these has been reduced to a science (although it is an art) but that doesn't mean the programmers are in control. It only means they're trying to control, they're all still victims of their own programing and prejudices. Suspicions, observations, and intuition.

We can not all just ignore the subjective nature of reality, and pretend those who fit our truth/belief structure are the true arbiters of objective truth. All media is propaganda. "Scholarly" is just another defunct belief structure rooted in the elitist ideology that only the perspective of the properly educated/indoctrinated matters.

This is bullshit propaganda.

Because it's propaganda. Problem, reaction, solution. It's an artificial problem, with an intended solution.

I see the "Grand Conspiracy" as being the "Great Work" of the Masons, and other mystical cults. It's not a material plan as much as a vague idea, a path. There are many different factions trying to manifest the idea, but there's lots of competition between them. The reason we are not there yet is because we have not yet imagined how to get there yet. The internet is accelerating the sharing of imaginations. Any new reality must be born of our imagination, the seat of The Creator. We are creating a new reality.

Nuclear 6 Sigma & Quality Half-truth

I've always dealt with lots of quality and process controls. There's no process control like starting up nuclear reactors, and no inspections like ORSE (Operational Reactor Safeguards Exam); but I've also dealt with a number of corporate QMSs (Quality Management System). Everyone hates the extra overhead caused by Quality Management, but end customers expect it. ISO standardization requires most manufacturing corporations to maintain massive process and quality records, Naval Reactors required massive process and quality records. However, I doubt there is much in the world that matches the attention to detail required to train on, maintain, operate, calibrate, and repair the Instrumentation and Control electronics. It is my experience that most corporations treat their QMSs more like a Red-Headed Stepchild (RHS) then a Golden Child. Record-keeping becomes a labor overhead and excessive chances for documenting errors. The motions are carried out only to satisfy the needs of the RHS, with little regard for any actual value the stepchild adds. After all, stepchildren are to be seen not heard. Quality Control is to be seen, not practiced.

There plenty of valid reasons this is so. In practice QMSs do tend to be excessive labor overhead and where errors are caught or made-up. If our training records did not display near-perfect, but not too perfect, matching of experience to exam scores, it was a hit against us in ORSE. When records are expected to be perfect, they must be maintained with a detachment from reality. I had to write exams that would make expected measurements. Good, but not too good. Creative grading was sometimes used in order to generate desired records. Such qualitative measurements can easily be massaged. Records must match expectations. This rarely takes the form of blatant record falsification, the testing is adjusted, the data is massaged, the truth is hidden under a fabric of half-truth.

I know how to hide reality under a fabric of half-truth, but more importantly I know how it is done. QMSs like Six Sigma strive for a statistical certainty of improvement, yet in practice companies see only extra overhead and micromanaging. I'm familiar with how Quality Control fails everyone, but I'm also familiar with how it can be correctly used. Obviously passing ORSE is not the sole purpose of nuclear reactor maintenance records and QMSs has more value then obtaining an ISO certification.

My new company lacks the bureaucracy, institutionalization, and corporate death-traps of QMS that my previous company had. As I work through my training on equipment unlike any I've worked on before, I am going to work on improving the training documentation and control. I am going to try and use my experience to find the most helpful balance of documentation and control vs. audit traps and labor overhead. I suspect that there will be plenty of opportunity to take on these tasks, without trampling on the toes, egos, and jobs of others. There's not much chance that I'll make up the lost income of my job transition, but when you see past the half-truth of monetary gain and instead measure career growth by experience and opportunity, I still feel I am on an excellent path.

2010 has been a year of trials for our family. After starting the year out freshly unemployed, we explored many different career options. We dedicated one bedroom to growing oyster mushrooms for profit, but found no one wanted to eat food grown on trash. Grammy help us out a whole lot, and helped me get work building a website for a friend of hers, but when it was done so was the work. Eventually I found work with Disco, a Japanese company that manufactures more then 80% of the world’s semiconductor dicers, grinders, and polishers. I will be the Laser Saw expert for Intel.

We spent most of the year without any income, but never went without. Whenever we were down to our last dime, something always came through. We were without health insurance, but never needed it. We learned how to adapt, and trust to fate. We’ve learned to trust our luck much more then in the old days.

Brandy and I built our own website (www.Life-Wharton.com) in order to house our creative ideas and hopefully make a few bucks. Although we’ve yet to take in enough profit to cover operating costs, we intend to keep the website up as a repository for our creativity and a way to explore mystical experience (If you’ve never had one you should). As time passes our website will grow and change with us. It is a reflection of ourselves in the virtual world. Our family’s foothold in the web, sharing ourselves with the world.

Elysia (6) started 1st grade this year, and has started attending Girl Scouts. Three years ago she made the decision she was a vegetarian, I figured it was a phase that she would soon forget about. Three years later, and she still takes her vegetarianism very seriously. We are so incredibly proud of her self-confidence and commitment to what she feels is right for her. She has experienced much more judgment and ridicule from classmates, friends and family, then I ever thought such a young child could bare. I don’t understand why people take such offense to her decision, but her steadfastness on her beliefs has been an inspiration to us.

Egan (4) discovered the Xbox this year, and has been great at getting his chores done ever since. He’s always been such a laid back guy, punishments never seemed to have much impact. We’d tell him to go to time-out, and he’d just go like he was planning on doing that anyway. If we ever spanked him, he would retreat inward and anything we said after word was met with glassy eyes. But we threaten to take the Xbox away... he’s all ears and will do whatever it takes.

Roslynn (2) is a Honey butt. The sweetest, most caring little girl, except when she’s not. Egan is often on the receiving end of her evil side. She knows just how to push him around, and he never shows any aggression back. He knows that you never hit a girl. Even when we’re playing and I play boxing with them, he’ll say “Stop dad! You don’t hit girls”. Unfortunately Roslynn has yet learned to reciprocate. When she gets a time-out for hitting her brother, we tell her she needs to apologize, normally she refuses and we have to send her back to time-out. She’s spent a considerable amount of time in the corner on a number of occasions before she was willing to let go of her stubbornness. She even spent a few weeks refusing to leave time-out if she felt she was sent there unfairly.

The road of life has taken us many places and yet there is so much more to explore. We are thankful for every moment we have together and for everyone who shares our journey with us.

Sonzai no Akashi

My new company is a Japanese company. I've worked in German companies, Korean companies, and a number of American companies. Of course there are many differences between any two companies within a nation, the differences between nations is quite dramatic. All companies have some sort of mission statement. The idea being that successful companies have mission statements, so mission statements make companies successful. There a plenty of examples to follow, each an example of how another company was successful. All publicly owned companies have only one mission, make money for shareholders. The shareholders tend to be nothing but investors, and interest in the company tends to be limited to stock price. Stock price having been reduced to an extremely complex equation of gross margins and asset inflation.

My new company's mission statement is "Sonzai no Akashi." Typical of Japanese business concepts, it doesn't really translate well so you should learn the Japanese word for the concept. According to Episode 28 of Kiba it means "Proof of Existence" or I would guess, mission statement. Working with pan-language technical documentation give you a good idea exactly how badly things translate sometimes. Siemens would name high voltage power supplies as low voltage "network box" because it's how the German word translated. It's the box that connects you to the "electrical network". So it's important to remember "Sonzai no Akashi," or the company's values. Disco lists them as:

-A corporation is a social system that assists people in attaining happiness and a comfortable living.

-Each corporation must choose a specific business domain to accomplish its own social mission.

-Each individual has responsibility as a member of society, but what people can do as an individual is very limited. This is why they take part in a social system called a "corporation" and work in order to accomplish the mission of the corporation. This, in effect, allows them to fulfill their own responsibilities.

-Working at Disco means aligning our aspirations with Disco's. By increasing the mission-achievablility of Disco, each one of us can ensure our existence in society and obtain satisfaction from work as well as achieve Self-actualization.

It's a bit different from, "We're a corporation. We pay you to make money for the shareholders." Of course making money is a necessary part of fulfilling responsibilities, but it's not the main purpose of the corporate social system. There are important practical differences in corporate philosophy. They also list:

"Behavior Identity - Always the best, Always Fun - this is our motto. Always the best refers to the pursuit of the very best under any circumstances. Always fun is the effort to always enjoy your work.

If everyone of us gains a proper understanding of Disco Values and Disco Vision and puts them into practice, we will be able to establish a dynamic corporate culture that enables us to overcome the tides of change no matter how big or challenging they may be."

I tend to very much dislike when I company tells me what my values should be, but it works out quite well when I feel the company's values match mine. The company also refuses to sell products to any company that produces parts for nuclear weapons. The company is based out of Hiroshima, and started in 1937.

Requiem of Unemployment

13 Years ago I went into the Navy Nuclear Power program. Not really because it was a job I wanted, but because it was a job I wanted to have had. It was a career decision, and one I'm still glad I made. Being able to say I operated nuclear reactors on submarines was something I wanted to have on my resume, but also it was a place I could aways go up from. It wasn't something I fully understood when I made the decision, but I knew college degrees where getting more expensive and much cheaper. The right answer for my generation always was the college degree. Without a college degree you can not expect anything more then a service job. Student loan programs allowed anyone who could do the homework and memorize short-term text book data to get the punch cards of success. It wasn't exactly a thought out decision at the time, but at 18 it was a chance to bring in an income instead of debt. To get an interesting resume item, to experience something interesting, and learn the appreciation of freedom you just can know until you've spent a 7 1/2 month deployment on a submarine. I always had libertarianism leanings, so maybe it was a very sadistic choice. A fan of all the standard libertarian literature (Huxley, Orwell, Chomsky) and had a pretty clear understanding of NWO Empire I was working for. It was communism, the police state, military disciple, all the worst of totalitarianism with 100 men living in 300 feet of submarine (the vast majority of which is engine room and nuclear compartment) 800+ feet under-the-water for months at a time. Of course I hated it, most do. I didn't really completely understand how much I would hate it, but I figured I could handle it, and after that everything is roses. I signed up for 6 years, 2191 days, and I started counting it down from the very day I started. A 2 year crash course in nuclear engineering and 4 years work experience on a boat it was an intelligent career move. I got to do very interesting (though actually incredibly boring) work and have marketable skills without working up a big debt (though I later worked up a huge debt anyway with an abandoned attempt for an MBA from University of Phoenix Online [I now know that it would have been worthless for more then a few reasons]). I knew the Navy would be the embodiment of the worst of Huxley and Orwell's dreams, I grew up knowing Star Wars by heart. The Empire are the bad guys. Yeah, there are plenty of reasons we are better, but life on a submarine is about as close as anyone can get to the Star Wars Empire, or as the totalitarians would think the United Federation of Planets.

Somehow I knew quitting my job when everyone else knew the opposite was also the right thing to do. It wasn't an easy decision, and it proved to be a difficult question in interviews. It was also a difficult question with family. Everyone knew college was the right choice, everyone knew a secure job was the right choice, but for some reason I tend to value the experience over the common knowledge. If you know something without thinking, common knowledge, then someone's not thinking. So I have a tendency to explore it, for the value of the experience, or least in hindsight it seems so. I was very successful in the Navy. In those six years I made it to First Class (E-6), but I'd be damned if I ever got scored highly on military bearing. In that world sometimes the correct balance of rebellion and submission was just wearing white socks and being really good at your job anyway. I did what I needed to make it though and by the end I was happy with the experience. I got to see the world (our Universe), learn that most of the military (our Storm Troopers/Federation) are pretty good guys after all, and learn a valuable skill set.

This time I learned what is like to be unemployed during the greatest economic depression. Economic Darwinism is the greatest sin of Capitalism. Those who can't afford to live, don't. Those who aren't productive enough for capital masters are nubs (non-useful bodies) and don't deserve the air they breath until they've earned their way. It's a nice system, unless you're a nub. Slavery seems nice, if you're the master. However, in hindsight we now know it's not even a very efficient method of labor organization. Today we're all a number. Our degrees of freedom are measured in dollars earned and those without get no freedom at all. But much like how the military can denounce totalitarian communism while practicing it, we praise our freedoms while denying economic freedom to anyone who a capital master will not employ. Most of these liberty intrusions seem simple enough, why not give up a little Liberty for economic security? Because it's not a very efficient system. Authoritarian models always amplify the errors of the leaders, distributed-chaotic models have inherent error correction.

I knew there was some reason I had to make the choices I made, but I can't always explain why at the time. Sometimes it is only through hindsight that I can see why the experience is worth the trial. I trust to my intuition, if it seems wrong at any point, it is because it was a lesson I needed. I survived the trials of unemployment and came out the other side better for the experience. What short-term losses in monetary freedom I incurred, was a fair trade off for the increased potential I now have with a new start in a smaller company. Corporate loyalties are often sold cheaply. We've all became little more then prostitutes, selling body and soul to highest bidder. Character being of little consequence. I know that is something that must change, but change comes from grass-roots personal choices. When America is most terrified of the economic terrorists, is the time to learn not to fear, the time to take risks. Now I have an opportunity to be an economic player again. I've fixed and operated nuclear reactors, I've fixed and installed state of the art medical equipment in every state (ok, not Hawaii), I was at the Foxconn suicide factory to provide technical support for the initial iPhone manufacturing, and now I'm going to be this region's only expert on the Cadillac of Laser Dicers. I'm not deployed for months at a time, I'm not traveling all over the country. I have an opportunity to really make a name for myself in a small company with a domination on a narrow aspect in semiconductor manufacture, and the experience to know why I make the decisions I do.

I want to teach men how to fish, but first I must figure it out myself.

I am working to develop practical ways to stem the tide of centralization, monopolization, authoritative, and bureaucratic culture. Key to this endeavor is finding profitable and sustainable methods of small-scale local food production. The death of the American Farm was the death of American Freedom. Agrarian life is a human way of life, and the quality of our food is the quality of our life. By working to engineer methods of profitably manufacturing food on the small scale, I can work to reduce reliance on mega-corporations for food and employment.

So I am going to put together open-source business plans for these ideas.

-It will be a way to fully incorporate the growing and preservation of food for commercial distribution.
-It will strive for resource independence and product abundance.

Peak oil/dollar will cause very high (relative) energy prices. This will cause severe inflation of food prices. Not only will the costs to transport the food increase, but synthetic fertilizers, pesticides, tires, and farm equipment are also dependent on the price of crude (in American Dollars). This is a dire fact of our future, but also an important opportunity to find better solutions. Food prices will soon skyrocket, finding new solutions for efficient food production will be very advantageous to myself and society.

I'm going to start some more experiments to test the profitability of high-density urban gardening. What size of space is required to feed a family of 5? What size of space is required to support a family of 5? The first question is a matter of experience, the latter will become much more evident as food prices continue to rise.

As I said, this project will be open-source. I will be recording my endeavors on blog, picture, video, and posting it all online. I will log the tedious and the tenuous. I will create a business model to be copied and shared, a spark to light a fire of good food and independence from the systems that enslave us. I want to teach men how to fish, but first I must figure it out myself.

The Plan

I've been trying to figure out a way new way to live. Some way that I don't overly compromise my freedom for security, personal freedom for financial freedom, and intuition over convention. I need to be able to produce wealth, not prostitute myself to corporations. There is nothing wrong with being a prostitute, but selling your body is not a path to personal freedom. Though honestly, I would love to find a nice job with a corporation.

So I'm really left with little choice but to start some form of business. My first thought was Oyster Mushrooms. However, the overhead costs involved in making it a middle-class income business where enormous. I could easily produce value, but competition from large capital has driven prices down to poverty levels on the kind of capital I could put together. So I need a "value-added" product, not a simple commodity. I'm looking to incorporate other forms of high-density farming to produce canned foods for selling on Amazon, and locally.

If I was able to rent a small light-industrial lot, preferably one with a place to live on it, could I produce enough year-round mushrooms, tomatoes, honey, broccoli, squash, and other foods to support a canned food business? They'd be specialty foods and carry a high mark-up for having a health/sustainability/family message. I haven't done the math yet, but this is were the plan is going. I'm still figuring out how big of lot will I need, what's available, capital costs for industrial canning and doing a search for investors, but it's looking pretty good right now.

Organic is a crappy term. Everything living is organic. No inorganic life has yet been discovered, though it is theorized that some aliens could be silicon-based. The term organic comes from the use of organic and in-organic fertilizers. Lots of independent testing has shown that there is little difference in the final product either way. However, in-organic fertilizers are not sustainable in the long-run. They are dependent on cheap crude oil, their source. Peak oil makes organic farming far more competitive with in-organic. It might make the world dependent again on organic methods. I want to work to solve the problems of dependence on non-local food, as well as develop methods of less climate-dependent food production.

Tomato plants will grow indoors all year round. However, they need bees to make tomatoes. Becoming a bee-keeper helps increase the number of bees out there, and learning the lessons of how to keep them will help spread the knowledge. But how many would I need to make harvesting and selling the honey profitable? It's just math. The correct balance of bees, and an indoor farm. Broccoli and some other plants can grow in very simple green houses, and I'll figure out an ultra efficient heating/cooling system for them. The mushrooms will grow on paper I can get for free, and help generate plenty of compost along with the rest of the operation. Maybe I'll add chickens and fish to help achieve an independence on in-organic fertilizers.

Many distant ideas are coming together. Now it's just math to make it work, and finding the capital to get it started. It's going to happen, I just have to figure out how and when.

I am society, and I've got a lot of improving to do.

The world's a pretty crazy place right now, thought you really wouldn't know it watching corporate media. We've all been presented a perspective that drips confidence in a world view. Right now a world view they want to transmit is Don't Panic the Elite have control. Whether it's media, government, education, science, or our corporations society works on a pyramid level. What we are, what we think we know, what we can think, values, judgments, our every sense of reality must come from authority. The model of the pharaoh hasn't changed much in 2000 years, they've just come up with more efficient models. This model is now failing.

The music industry knows the wrath of connectivity. Pyramid models of distribution are how control is maintained. It's how they can tell us what to like, and what to hate. But now we're moving into a media saturated environment. We're moving from a few controlling a mass, to a mass controlling a few. Artists will work for their audience, not the recording label. Popularity drives the income so the material that is popular with the most amount of people is rewarded most by the corporation. They've driven the soul out of music because it's most profitable when it appeals to the largest segments of the population. The use of strong sexual suggestion is well studied and implemented because appealing to subconscious cues brings in the money. They got very good a selling us products, not making music. Now recording labels are nearing obsolescence, and the whole music industry with it. You may not notice the effects of this now, but over the period of a generation it will be dramatic.

Cascading failures of this organization model will unloose profit control from every other place we can get data. Be that education, information, movies, games, or anything else that can be reduced to ones and zeros. The spirit of our culture is freeing itself. This will present a profound change in the structure of the human race. This presents a Brave New World that breaks with the previous Age of human organization. Who controls the spirit of our culture controls the human machine.

People are generally comforted by an elitist/pharaoh/pyramid model. It's what we've all been trained to accept and love. It's the only model. The elite are trained to know they are better and wiser and the people would be headless without them, and rest are trained not to use their head. Too much thinking only causes more issues for the elite to resolve for us. As this model breaks down we will all feel a loss of control. In the transition to real freedom fear is all we have to fear. Fear is another subconscious cue well practiced by those paid to do so. It is also very corrosive to our humanity. Whatever happens, Don't Panic. Sit back relax, and take control of the reality YOU create. Realities created out of fear, can by quite fearful.

So I guess the dilemma is finding employment that wouldn't even do a Facebook search, or doesn't care that support non-standard beliefs or that I am also starting a website. I will not give up on my interests for security.

This is how freedom is curtailed. Government takes many forms. Often it is our employers. The physical force need not be used when economic forces maintain the illusions of freedom. We are all minorities. We are divided by political, social, religious, age, economic, education, regional, and sexual identities. We are right about the world and everyone else is wrong. To think otherwise is to question our own identity. Our political party was always right, our race was always right, our religion was always right, our generation was always right, our social values are always right, our ancestors were always right. So many glass walls of faith in our beliefs that we've become terrified something might break. The time of the mega-corporations control our government, education, employment, news, music is at a climax. The time of isolating the individual from society is ending, now the individual is the society. I am society, and I've got a lot of improving to do.

To those who don't know me I'm an unemployed husband, father of 3, war veteran, submariner, nuclear/medical/Semiconductor electronics technician. I left my job for many reasons. Pride, frustration, statement, and adventure to name a few. Although many of you may not see what is going on the the world right now. I do, and this is how I'm doing something about it.

-I don't pretend to understand what is going on.
-I love information and surf porno for pessimists for fun.
-I feel I have a pretty rational grasp of what is going.
-I want to share my story so others can learn and be entertain by it.

It is very important for people to blog. We need to record our stories and share who we are with each other so we all can learn and discover common humanity. There is a "They" out there. The parasites on humanity. The way we are going to cure ourselves of this affliction is leaning not to be afraid of each other. The American Republic has been hijacked by people who split us up into Democrat/Republican, Pro/Against, Black/White, bullshit while they've robbed this country dry and are crashing the economy. You may disagree with much of what I think, and who I am. But I think I'm right so I blog about it.

Quiting my job in a recession like this is a very difficult path. Worse then being laid off because I don't even get unemployment. We do what we can for money and grow much of our own food. We've been forcing ourselves to venture a path I think many more people are walking, and soon most of America will follow. You may not see the House of Cards collapsing, but I do. This is not the only reason I quit my job, but knowing it was time to get prepared for SHTF was a major factor. Since then I have done what I can to get by. I got a somewhat temporary job setting up a website for a fiberglass company. He's having a really hard time in this economy as well, but I was able to attract a little more business for him so he could afford to hire me. It's nice to have work, but unless I'm a really good fiberglass salesmen AND web designer this solution won't last long. I've also been applying to many companies I'm very qualified for, but a combination of competition, web history, or whatever has kept me unemployed.

Deleting my public image from the Internet may be possible, but I make the choice to live this way because I feel it is important not to have to be ashamed of who we are. It was once thought that the only way we could live is hiding all political, hobby, non-work related interests from the working environment. Now posting complex thoughts on current events at home makes you unemployable. But I choose to no allow a don't-ask-don't-tell policy to extend to my economic thoughts, political leanings, perspective on current events, and other musings. So I'm trying to learn how to find a place in this NWO, were I can survive and thrive. If the economy is crashing anyway I'm going to be who I want to be. A professional celebrity, on the amateur level. I'm going to log my experience because that is who I am. This is a game, and this is how I'm playing it. If we share our experiences, we can all get better at this game. I may not be very good at this yet, but the only way I'm going to get better is by doing it. If that interferes with my work prospects then it interferes with the person I choose to be. It violates my rules of this game.

By Blogging I share the perspective/knowledge/mysteries/mistakes etc of this experience because there is value in it. Most people (Including pretty much any corporate HR department) choose to see this as a liability. They're wrong, but thats pretty hard to explain before getting hired. I want to share the information I've collected about Canning, Growing Oyster Mushrooms, Crafts, Conspiracies, Religion and Spirituality because it's what I do. It's my hobby and I will not be ashamed of it. It gives me more experience points and allows me to share them with an ever growing audience. If we each only connect to .001% of people, we can connect to millions on-line. My Facebook page has 81 followers, so I think I connect to much less then that. But this is the choice I've made.

I know the life I want. All I want is the right to be me. A frugal life where I'm not ineligible for work because I'm a thought criminal. It's my line in the sand to the world and the rules I choose to play by. I will never get there if I don't try, and I will not get good at if I don't try. This is my purpose.

We have wish to impose our will on others. We all wish to indoctrinate people into our arbitrary perceptions of the subjective. But no matter how well intentioned; dictating judgment on the subjective is imposing belief structures. It is an attempt to limit freedom of mind and spirit. However, there's a difference between dictating belief structures and sharing belief structures. I am not here to tell you what is. I am here to tell you what may be. I am here to build connection. Connection builds empathy. Empathy builds mutual understanding, and a belief in a shared humanity.

I don't think combating systemic corruption is as hard as some people would like us to imagine. The many tentacled conspiracy puts a lot of energy into maintaining humanity on the lower levels of the Hierarchy of Needs, but their grip on the world is crumbling. Their ability to dictate consensus reality is falling apart. This leaves us free to imagine something different. To imagine a complete rethinking of our economic, social, mythological, and political frameworks. Imagining a structure that encourages human elevation over profit taking and consumption. If you imagine The world economy as an island you can see why our need to consume, our need to "make a profit" is so harmful to our island and it's resources.

Currently we buy into the idea that security is money, when it is actually the opposite. More wealth only creates more fear of loss. So much of what we think we're doing has the exact opposite effect. Our logic is nothing more then a rationalization of prejudices. This is why I am trying to learn how to Live Well Without a Job and With (Almost) No Money.

We just need to relax, let go of anger and fear. This world can be an Eden if we just allow ourselves to believe it can be. Maybe I can't make this world a paradise, but I can try, I can live, learn, and imagine alternatives. Set an example for my children, with mistakes and success.

I imagine a world were Jesus Was a Mushroom. I imagine that humanity is about to Immanentize the eschaton and expel the corrupting forces within the Abrahamic religions (Jeusits and Zionists) that are intent on keeping the Earth a prison planet. I choose to see the world approaching the Luciferian New Age prophesied in the Bible:

The Morning star is Lucifer. Many secret societies (such as the Freemasons) are Luciferian (not satanic). They see Lucifer as the Light-Bearer and the source of wisdom and enlightenment (as the serpent enlightened Adam & Eve). This is why there are strong prohibitions in Christianity against knowledge (spiritual and material), peace, freedom, and liberty. These fundamental human needs are withheld from us and deemed key to all that is evil. When instead prohibitions against our Free Will are prohibitions against our own divinity.

Genesis 3:4-5

More and more people are eating the fruit. The spirit of Lucifer is rising in our hearts and what she teaches is Good and Evil. Awakened from our servitude we become free to imagine new reality. Humanity is awakening to our place in the Universe but we must earn our freedom. Jehovah is the archetype of the authoritarian, played by parents, order, government and religion. Lucifer is the archetype of the libertarian, played by children, chaos, rebels and the spiritual. Not good and evil, but two aspects of The Whole. Aspects of us all that need expression.

How do we create an enlightened, peaceful, and liberated society without further centralization of power? How do we overcome modern Christian prohibitions against such a society? I'm trying to explore the issue. The goal here is not to offend sensibilities, rather to exercise sensibilities.

Money is power over other people. I imagine a way of living were I can find happiness without invoking the power of Mammon. Money is evidence of servitude to a corrupt monetary system. We don't service our fellow man in return for money, we service the capital masters in return for their favor. Why is a poor man less deserving of your service then a wealthy man? I find happiness in supporting those who don't feel entitled to my service. I am a Libertarian Socialist.

It has been suggested that Ayn Rand was a Rothchilds mistress and that she was a Druid Witch of the Illuminati. Lady Gaga is also thought to be a Witch of the Illuminati because of her use of occult symbolism, as does the dollar bill, but that is because of the belief of magick behind the symbols, not because they're a part of a grand conspiracy. There are people of all factions within the music industry and politics, but ultimately what is popular is what we want. Occult symbolism works on our subconscious to make us want it more, but what's the answer? Illegalize magick because it works? Freedom means freedom. Freedom means that we're all allowed to partake of the fruit of the Knowledge of Good and Evil. Freedom means awakening to a far more complicated world then we could have imagined. The loss of innocence, the loss of naiveté.

Western science is a materialistic pursuit. And that also summarizes many of it's failings. All that hard work to disregard the effects of perception and placebo, when perception and placebo craft our entire reality. The argument of materialism vs spiritualism is a false dichotomy. We are all at the mercy of physical AND spiritual demands. If each human is an intersection point in these two contradictory realities, then humanity is a plane of existence slightly removed from both. Ultimate purpose may be beyond the comprehension of the individual, but if each individual follows their perceived purpose, then as a whole we can start to imagine an ultimate purpose... or at least that's what my muse suggests. It has been wrong before.

The Collective unconscious can become, and is becoming conscious. Thanks in large part to the Internet, Facebook, and much more advanced forms of communication & analysis just around the corner. I choose to see the New Age as the emergence of a conscious humanity. I can't define the bounds of this conscious humanity, but I'm sure that as long as we believe it can not come close to the power of The Demiurge, then it won't. I imagine that we are only what we imagine ourselves to be.

Welcome to all my new Facebook friends. I'm a 31 y/o father of 3. I left my job after realizing the harm I was causing. I left to work on building a better reality for everyone. I chose to start doing what I felt I should do, not what I was told to do. I blog my experience, both personal and within the world at large. I contribute my experience to the whole in order to improve our shared understanding.

There are more and more reasons for people to become totally disenfranchised with our dominant cultural expectations. The American Dream has been drifting further and further away as the gap between rich and poor widens, but now it is in complete collapse. The Quickening. Our previous social contract was a failure. It is time to re-write our expectations. It's time to abandon judgment, it's time to imagine something new.

Trickle-down Reaganomics was a fraud and technological advances have not lightened our burdens. This is because capital only follows a profit to shareholders. There is no reason we can not afford to feed and shelter our entire population. Failure to do so is a burden we must all bare. The terrors of financial insecurity attack our freedoms, not men living in the caves of Afghanistan. Our failure to comprehend the suffering financial insecurity has caused is due to our belief in a media manufactured reality. A reality manufactured by the need for profit to shareholders. It's time freedom becomes a motivation.

You're not actually free unless you're wealth, then you have all the freedom you could want. Money is freedom in our social contract, and freedom is alloted to those who conspire to take it from others. I've decided that true freedom does not come from an allegiance with anyone, it comes from personal independent action and free association. So this is the reality I choose to embrace. Economic freedom is vital to human freedom. Those who benefit from our corrupt system often compare us to the worst of the world and direct our path as such. I compare us to the best possibilities, and seek the road up. Lets not look to how much worse we can be to each other and imagine creating a new reality. What is freedom if you fear you very survival? What is freedom if you can't afford food and shelter? We tend to only like the parts of America that we identify with. Most don't understand the principles of freedom this country was founded on, instead choosing a fanatical patriot sports team mentality for the Red White and Blue. I love our fanatical patriots, but please allow room in this nation for people who try and imagine how to support the cause of freedom.

It is time for a Second Bill of Rights, not Martial Law. This is not Helter Skelter. This is the great understanding. This is the Divine Chaos. This is when we learn to see ourselves in the eyes of every other person. I don't fully understand my role, but I'm building a Field of Dreams. I do the work my muse compelled, and trust to fate. I make mistakes, I backslide, I question my faith, but this is life logged @ Life-Wharton.com.

Most of us where programed to be obedient to authority.
Most people pass this on to their children unconsciously.
Many that recognize issues with this program still pass it on because it is backwards compatable with previous versions, installing a total disrespect for authority is disadvantageous to everyone.
Many parents still opt to teach their children to disrespect authority, sometimes intentionally and often unintentionally.

There is no such thing as American Culture. We are an infinitely complex current of mixing cultures in which new forms take shape. Immigrants, divorce, science, offensive media, and other threats to traditional belief systems are maturing here at an exponential rate. We are left increasingly out-of-phase with common illusions. There's no Culture War. There's the people who wish to impose their culture on others as a way of validating their own beliefs and the oppressed. The often unconscious motivation of our criminal justice system is to oppress cultural minorities.

So I choose to teach my children that they can do and be whatever they wish, but must be willing to accept the consequences. I do my best to teach them the value of respecting authority, while still maintaining self-consciousness and self-determination. The history of mankind has shown us the faults in the authoritative mentality, but we've been unable to imagine and implement a more successful program, because previous programs had an insurmountable power advantage. This is changing. I imagine a culture of mutual respect across incompatible world views. Those with power should be respected for the power they wield, not because they are right. I choose to help create a culture where self-consciousness is valued above authority. My children need to learn right from wrong, but the more I interfere with their learning the more I imprint my own prejudices. Parents should be safety guides, not cultural imprinters. As should any form of social contract.

We have allowed mass culture to dictate our cultural values. Regardless of we individualy observe this effect, we are all capable of recognizing it. I believe the way to transcend this cultural blight is to build a culture that is more resistant to it's trapping. I teach them that they are responsible not just to themselves, but to all those around them. We must be conscious of how our actions impact the shared existence, and not just the individual existence. That we are not responsible only for what we believe, but how our beliefs impact the world. These beliefs shape everything we experience.

And so I am grateful to be at the mercy of the winds of fate.

We're hitting crunch time. We've exhausted all cash reserves and the longer I go without getting a job, the less likely I'm going to get anything that pays a living wage. Here's what my options are now:

My goal is to have some property that is self-sustainable and contributes to reducing food and information scarcity. I am not going to reach this goal by playing tag-team parents and try to balance two full, or even full-time for me and part-time for my wife. This would be simply surviving. Insurance Sales seems promising, and it would not be like my last attempt at Insurance Sales (I was a Farmers Agent, but quit to work in the Semiconductor industry). This job would be an in-home sales rep for a company specializing in union workers. No telemarketing. I has a very high income potential that would help me invest in advertising for my website, and retirement program in just 10 years. That would put me well on my way of accomplishing my goals at about the time when my eldest is 16. Not a bad plan, except that I can't help but to have no faith in the future of the FIRE Economy (Financial Industry, Insurance Industry, & Real Estate). These sectors add very little value(goods) but consume huge amounts of resources(Profit). It's not a sustainable industry, but all industries are dead in the long run. There's plenty of reason to dip into that bucket while it lasts, especially when Straits are Dire.

If I can popularize my website then I can draw an income from advertising and E-book sales, but popularizing the website is going to take plenty more time and money. On the long-term it's a great chance to be financially independent, but right now my concerns are short-term. Mushroom farming is an ideal occupation for me, but capital investments make it impossible to startup on the scale needed to be self-sustaining. If I do mushroom farming I want to use only recycled materials, I expect to have issues with reactionary purists over the possibility of some theoretical toxin in paper that will transfer into the fruit. However, using mushrooms to recycle our waste cellulose is a future niche that needs to be exploited.

Then tied into all this decision making is the terrifying knowledge of systemic collapse. It may not happen this year, or even in five years, but I must include it in any long term planning. The knowledge of systemic collapse is a terrible burden. In many ways it has been responsible for my own financial collapse. The mind can not dwell on such terrible things without consequential manifestations appearing on one's own life. Exercising my muse helps me deal with the dread, and has helped me identify that sustainability and free flow of information is my calling. My muse and ego had an understanding that the muse has failed to deliver on. My muse has given me powerful incites into Life the Universe and Everything, but has lead me down a path of deteriorating financial freedom. My muse simply replies that this is the experience needed to reach the next point, but my ego rebels.

I am grateful for my amazing wife who is able to tolerate my risk-taking, even when the stakes are so much higher. I am grateful for my mom for being there for me. I am grateful for my friends that share information with me, and my friends that listen. I am grateful for the Universe giving me all the tools to get out of this situation, even if I haven't learned how to use them yet. I am getting better at using these tools, and eventually this experience will prove to be a huge asset. And so I am grateful to be at the mercy of the winds of fate.

In case you don't notice the pretexts, rhetoric, and positioning are being setup for WWIII. The US and Israel are invading Iran, and the Russians are invading the US. This appears to be about a fight between the administration and Israel. I don't know what side China will come in on. What does this signal? China worried about stability, what China always cares about when you've got a huge population of unsatisfied men. But national titles diminish grander flows of humanity and the evolution of the Universe.

There's going to be a lot of very difficult decision making for us all this year. Would you resist a Russian invasion "Red Dawn" style? Would you feel "liberated" from our current oppressors? Would you do as they say? What if UFOs show up? Who's friend, who's foe? How do we create a social paradigm where a war of occupation is obsolete? When a person does violence, he is not only responsible for that violent act, he is responsible for every subsequent current of retaliation. Military force is practically and morally obsolete. Any use of violence only perpetuates violence. Freedom is not slavery, and slavery is not freedom.

The dominoes are falling, time is quickening. What do we want to be? Individually and as the Totality of known Life? My 2 cents on the Gulf Apocalfuck

Shallow oil reserves are past peak production capacity. However, the Russians found very massive, and very deep deposits of Abiotic Petroleum. Although the Abiotic theory is not accepted by western science, Thomas Gold has shown that the Russians not only accept its existence, they've been extracting it for decades. It seems as though the Deep Water Horizon rig was the first Western attempt to hit these deep pockets of oil. If we do not access these deep sites the Russians will have a huge advantage going into peak oil, and Washington bureaucrats, Western oil corporations, and their Rockefeller/Rothschild owners will do ANYTHING in their power to stop that from happening. They were trying to hit an abiotic pocket far deeper then any fossil fuels exist. Now the elevated levels of nickel, and the blood-red crude coming from the site seem to indicate they found what they were looking for. The oil lake underneath the surface of the water may be covering up to 40% of the entire Gulf of Mexico. And now this soup of toxic dispersants and crude will quickly spread into the Atlantic, and then the rest of the Earth's oceans.

Tsunami seems unlikely, if not overtly alarmist. Water will not flash to steam at that depth (see steam tables), and any gases coming out of solution should be vented through the drill site. The reports of an explosive Tsunami came from Richard C Hoagland who's other theories are also pretty far fetched. However Sorcha Faal is also pretty loopy, but turned out to very accurate. Just because they're operating from a different reality tunnel, does not necessarily devalue their contribution.

By my assessment there seems to be two likely apocalyptic issues. The toxic gas clouds and the poisoning of the Earth's oceans. The toxic gas clouds are already being detected, but as they expect the flow rate to increase in time, so will the amount of toxic gases released. And short of a catastrophic failure of the seafloor, this will continue for many more decades. Benzine is not only toxic it is a carcinogen. The gulf coast of Florida is also going to be having water shortages and blackouts. There are plenty of rumors circulating about plans to evacuate large portions of Florida. I can find no credible projections on toxic gas levels in the event of a catastrophic failure of the seafloor. The next issue is the toxifying of the Gulf, and soon the Atlantic. The crude oil and associated chemical cocktails act to de-oxygenate the oceans. Dead zones of de-oxygenated ocean already exist, but nothing on the scale we would expect with an oil reservoir of this size dumping into the worlds oceans. This will lead to mass extinctions in the oceans. There's no way around the basic assessment that we're fucked. This is the end of an age, and humanity as we know it will not survive.

When treasuries go to junk

Greek Treasury Bonds are now Junk. This took much of the world treasury market down with it. Japan has even resorted to the direct Freudian approach. When treasuries go down, the cost to service the debt goes up. So when treasuries go down, the national debt goes up in a spiral to default. This stability of this House of Cards assumes security in the treasury market. When treasuries go to junk the government will no longer be able to finance itself. When State and Local bonds go to junk there will be massive layoffs of all but "what is needed to maintain order". But first they plan on holding their jobs hostage for Billions more in deficit spending.

Whatever the motivations behind the short-cuts, sabotage, or military action that caused the BP spill, Government will take this as an opportunity to expand its authority. Just like how they create the excuses to use armed drones to enforce control. All the bureaucracy can see anymore is opportunities to expand control. The Government sees terror everywhere, because it creates more need of the parasite. Even Al Qaeda in Awe of Destruction Caused by our parasitic form of fascio-capitalist.

The TARP fund may have been entirely paid back, but it was only because of Fed loans and other financial trickery. The "consumer bump" that that was widely used to support the recovery was just a spending spree in the upper classes. Don't mistake disturbing information for something that needs to be depressing. Every dark cloud has a silver lining. We will come out of this thing much better then when we went into it, but we're going to have to deal with strange new unknowns and information will be your best resource.

After a brief sag in resolve I am coming to terms with the world around me and my place in it. I blog my ups and downs to work through my thoughts, and maintain a record of perspective.

I left my job because of how I was being treated. Not because was all that bad, I know bad. I was a enlisted and worked in the Engine Room of a Nuclear Submarine. I've literally spent months locked in the steam-room of a 300ft tube with 300 other submariners. No sunlight, no space, no privacy, no freedom, no life. I know a shitty job and I know what I am capable of tolerating. But I've learned that it's my toleration of a this shit that allows it.

I left my job because of a profound culmination of world and personal events.
I saw my country taken over by terrorist bankers.
I saw the sweatshops in China.
I had hope for Obama, and saw in crushed and spit on.
I realized the 9/11 truth is being suppressed.
I learned War is a Racket and Al-Qaeda Didn't Exist before the CIA created it.
I learned that terrorism is an intended consequence of our foreign policy.
I saw past the veil.
I became awakened to the need for non-compliance.

By becoming aware I became compelled to do something, anything. I don't know the answer, but I'm not afraid to make mistakes. The value of my missteps is the experience for myself and to share. Being the change you want to see in the world only goes so far. Recording our thoughts, actions, experiences on-line we hasten the accelerating returns. Sharing accelerates social growth. I was not only implicitly responsible, like those who shop at Walmart, I was explicitly responsible by working for the company that hired Foxconn knowing how it treated its workers. Why? The world has no money left and the Panic Is On as financial markets are now out of government control. California is going to explode when Schwarzenegger's budget would eliminate welfare passes. Imagine the political fallout from such a move. Bailouts to the banksters and a removal of substantiate support of the least endowed. All actions cause opposite and equal reactions. What will the backlash be?

It is now pretty well established that the "Fat finger" role in sell-off is a myth. Some of it was the derivatives time bomb, but the media picks a story and sticks to it. The current financial turmoil is being blamed on the potential disintegration of the euro. This crisis is snowballing into a threat to the world economic system. It is just one more straw that may break the camel's back. Sarkozy is threatening to quit euro. And though we good reason to worry about Greece, the newest Greek bailout includes sending them fresh counterfeit money created by the Fed. Instead of taxing us to bailout the Greeks (actually they're elitist usurious creditors) our government is borrowing counterfeit money in order to redistribute wealth to cover bad bets. The effect is to screw us twice. The counterfeit money devalues all our savings & incomes driving inflation, AND it all must be paid back to the counterfeiters at interest. This is not an accidental crisis. This is an orchestrated centralization of power. This is the The True Costs of Interdependence. Independence is sustainability, sustainability is patriotism. The Currency Wars will show the only true retainer of value is commodities. The need for oil is stronger then any fiat currency and demand for commodities will only go in one direction. U.S. Food Prices where already ‘Spiraling Out of Control’, and the rate of change is quickening. The direction of this train is not very difficult to predict. Sustainability is patriotism

I am convinced (97%) that economic collapse will happen in the next 10 years, most likely much sooner. This will not be a subtle restructuring of economic systems like the last Great Depression, our house of cards is much bigger this time. The cascading departures from economic assumptions of growth will cause cascading popping bubbles until all we're left with is the debt we all collected. How do you plan for such an event? How to you not plan for such an event? [I brainstorm these thoughts in a blog (mindblog) because there is value in it somewhere, even if repetitive at times.]

The issue is our lack of preparedness, and a powerful nation's sustainability to manipulation in crisis. What if we were no longer dependent on Monsanto's food, Haliburton's Oil, Pfizer's Drugs, Goldman Sachs' retirement plans, and the Fed's Dollars? What kind of security would that bring us? Better then solving the Right-Wing fundamentalist (Islam) problem by occupying an Islamic Nation with Right-Wing fundamentalist (Christian) troops? [Yes, only a fraction of our troops are Right-Wing fundamentalist. But a fraction is enough to cause the headlines that feed the cycles of violence.]

The problem is our sustainability. Usury and consumerism are not sustainable. The single largest threat to America is the sustainability of our basic needs. We are slaves to the Empire because we need the Empire to sustain our way of life, but the Empire is killing us. We need cheap goods from China because we can't afford to buy products that support the American standard of living. This situation is not sustainable. Failure will occur. Solutions need to be found before it is a crisis.

I am trying to figure out what is needed for modern sustainability. Things will not be nearly as hard as they where before the industrial revolution. We have the technology to maintain a very high standard of living that is locally sustainably. A complete break from the benefits of our empire is extremely difficult and most likely unnecessary. I don't expect power plants to shutdown because the Dollar failed, but I do expect rolling blackouts and high inflation in all energy prices. I don't expect mass starvation in America due to food shortages, but I do expect isolated shortages and high inflation. And by the time I start to tally up all my expectations I realize that my certainty of that outcome is at about 30%. The only way to plan for this event is to acclimate to a more locally sustainable standard of living before the rush. To be secure in our food supplies, to be secure in our knowledge of gardening, canning, mushroom cultivation, crafting, and de-coupling from the Empire. And then to share our perspective and experience with the internet so that it will add to our collective experience. We are only one song in our new collective culture. One antidote in a sea of chaos, but cave paintings in the clouds are our culture. My culture/perspective is not correct, but an important part of the melody.

State budget crisis about to become a "catastrophe", The FDIC shutdown 7 more banks in Illinois. Food prices are now spiraling out of control, and crisis that started in Greece is spreading.

As nations default on their debts, who will bail out the nations? "It’s much easier to bail out a bank than to bail out a country." This is not an accidental path. I doubt anyone knows exactly what's going on but it is all the doing of the Banks. Our entire economy is a fraud. They all know the direction they are taking us, but are never honest in their intent. 6 banks now own assets equivalent to 60% of GDP (all the goods and services sold in the US). By not letting anything collapse, by not allowing sweet, beautiful failure to happen, the government is helping to drag out our economic problems. They're planing to create A World of Pain. Mortgage rates are edging higher, foreclosures are on the rise, and the government programs that supported the sector, are being phased out. They want to make us need them.

The IMF is taking over control of the world. One of the first steps will be a severe reduction in the American standard of living. But who will America find to blame the collapse in the standard of living? We are bailing out the entire world in order to hand a world government over to a secretive elite. Jean-Claude Trichet (President of the European Central) called for a world government headed by the G20 and the corrupt Bank of International Settlements in the name of safeguarding the global economy. The same way the Federal Reserve took over the US during the great depression it caused. Money is not a resource, it is pure fabrication. It is a method of centralizing and maintaining control of power. All the easy credit and tax payer money did not make our University system better, it just indebted a generation, drove up costs, and created diploma mills. Government is not maned by people who want to make our lives better, it is maned by institutions who want to control. Hidden in the Health Care Bill was an new Federal Mandate to report to the IRS any time a financial transaction is greater then $600.

There seems to be quite a bit of conjecture that we will back up Israel in an attack on Iran but with Violence in Afghanistan is up nearly 90 percent its very hard to see how the American people would ever support it. I expect a false flag nuclear (though most likely only dirty-bomb style) attack on US soil, most likely blamed on Hezbollah.

The American standard of living has been maintained by an Empire of the Dollar. As the world industrializes we can not maintain our consumption levels in the face of competition from more productive economies. What is America going to look like with hyperinflation? It is the inevitable outcome of our current course. Eventually no one will want our Dollars anymore. What will we do then? Use our military power to extract resources? Many politicians might see that as an effective use of our very limited oil supplies because it would help their egos. What will the homeland look like? We've been watching the decline for decades.

Walmart is profiteer of this decline. The idealists will say that capitalism gives choice so the best will always win out. In practice the lowest price is what wins out because the human mind does not have enough information for the daily purchase decisions. The primary consideration for everyone is price. Those who have money buy expensive because of assumed value, and most buy one above the worst because they assume it must be the best value. These things are well understood by marketers. We assume prices are set by free market principles, and the marketers base their pricing off of that assumption. This system is disconnected from any impact other then How cheep can I buy it for? and How much can I sell it for? Thus Walmart. With the value of the Dollar declining at a quicker and quicker rate it is no longer possible to pay an American enough to manufacture the goods we think we need. So for many Americans to survive, they need to buy from virtual-slave labor factories overseas that offer a much lower standard of living to their workers. Walmart can have low prices because they are best at hiding the effects of inflation, however their practices only feed into inflation.

The decline of the American standard of living can be seen in virtually all of our consumer goods. Even if the list price has only been going up at 2-3% per year, the quality has plummeted to hide inflation. We put BGH in our milk to hide inflation. We maintain grotesque food quality standards to hide inflation. We fight a war in Iraq to hide inflation. We pay for slave labor to hide inflation. We sold off our our gold to hide inflation. We must learn to adjust to a much lower rate of consumption. This is not merely a question of morality, it is a question of sustainability. The Dollar is no longer sustainable. The way capitalism is practiced must be changed or abolished because it is not working in the best interest for Americans or humanity. It works in the apparent interest of the major interest holders, but only temporarily. Game theory has shown that everyone is better off when everyone is better off. However, our human tendency is to be happy only when we are better off then everyone else. We feel we must compete, but there are much more productive ways to compete then the consumption of resources.

Who would want to create a new civilization? Who would want to bring down ours?

Our empire was created out of consumerism because in a market/capitalistic society corporate interests hold most sway in government. We fight wars for corporations so that they can get rich off of making war. We operate child/slave/generally inhumane sweat shops in all corners of the world so that we can buy new cloths for each season. We conceal all the knowledge manifested by mankind so that copyright/patent holding corporations/elite shareholders can maintain their status.

We now know that it is in everyone's best interest to have a more free society. The good of each of us benefits the good of all of us. A more free society is NOT a more governed society, the society with the ability to use the most force, or a society that forces beliefs on anyone. A free society does not require wage slaves because a sustainable lifestyle is supported and developed by independent groups of individuals. If you really need a corrupt system to survive then you are a slave of that system. The way out is to conquer our insecurities. We need to create freedom from these insecurities in order to create a free society. Government/corporate bureaucracies, by their very nature fear any form of change. This is why they always act to suppress freedom. We can no longer trust the future of mankind to the system that functions only to maintain established power structures.

Crossroads. Those times in life to stop, take perspective of life and decide on a path ahead. I have a good idea of my destination, but the path there is still fuzzy as ever. How do you chart a path through chaos? The "correct" answers are no longer correct for me.

I believe that experiences lead to more satisfaction then possessions. Poverty is an experience, but lack of resources can also further restrict access to life experiences.

I was forced into a self-conscious re-evaluation of my actions and values after series of experiments with LSD and Salvia Divinorum. From one perspective these powerful psychedelics catalyzed some latent neurosis pushing me a bit too close to the fussy line of schizophrenia, from another I had a powerfully mystical experience that demands action. I became aware of the Universe I create around me and learned to listen too the inner voices that we all have, but learn to suppress. By becoming aware of a system of economic slavery, I became aware of my complacency in it. By putting up with threats of termination for whistle-blowing, I was condoning and encouraging more of that behavior. The world in which the employer is King is a world of our own creation. That may be a Reality Tunnel that others live in, but somehow I have the ability to choose a different option. The point is you have to work. We are stuck in a dynamic of more and more centralization of power (money) to the elite and an unbalanced ecosystem is bad for everyone, and I must do my part to break the cycle. To restore the equality of the citizen with the elite, I must first maintain that equality in my own mind.

In the wake of the largest fraud in history involving countries, banks and government leaders one has to wonder why the corporate media is suppressing this major crisis building in the derivatives market. Why did the dollar rally when the Fed raised rates to 0.75%? Because the dollar rallies when rates are raised. The more important question is why the Fed made such a surprising move now.

Although inflation mega-trend continues to forcefully manifest itself there is no sign of inflation in the consumer markets, because consumers don't have money. The US is hemorrhaging money. There is no way we are going to be able to continue to fund the deficit if this continues. We are deeply in debt and have no more money. The faucet is being turned off there's nothing we can do about it. They're dumping us, and maybe we will dump them.

If the federal government continues to spend money at the rate it's spending money, and if it continues to print money at the rate it's printing money, our economic system is going to collapse. This is the final stages of the plan to Starve the Beast, and the low/middle classes are the last thought of policy makers because we don't have lobbyists. We've never been able to compete against the well-organized Economic Elite, but this time can be different. We've spent too much time going broke to support the elite, and we're not going to get our money back. This is Freefall.

Starting next week me and Brandy are doing a week of fasting and detox. Two days of water, a day of rice, a day of raw foods, and finishing the week with a simple diet. No coffee, tea, medicine, or "herbal" supplements all week. Why?

Because we can. The pleasure of experience. The test of spirit. To clear the mind. The clear the perspective. To train the body for hardship. To train the mind. To challenge the will and defy the Ego. To search the paths of being a better person without committing to the path blindly. To do what mankind has done since our birth to learn about ourselves and the nature of our existence.

America has lost it's spirit. The elite's fear of a spirited republic has lead to an exorcism of spirit in religion and science. The great thinkers of mankind were great in spirit and mind. They had not only a good grasp of the knowable, they had a thirst for the unknowable, and an intuition that could touch the divine. It was Tesla's entertainment of the fantastic that sparked changes in reality. It was Newton's obsession with Alchemy that created the neural pathways that allowed for the magic of calculus. It was the magic of the Freemasons that created the neural pathways that allowed for the birth of freedom and democracy (imperfect but evolving).

And so I search for my spirit. I blur what is possible, blur what is fiction, and search for the higher reality. I'm not afraid of failure because nothing is failure. I'm not afraid of entertaining a falsehood because everything is illusion. I write reality in cave paintings on the clouds.

The dangers of right-wing fanaticism in the most heavily armed nation during an empire collapse are well understood. Why then do they play into the Prophecy? Or is no one at liberty to change the Prophetic? Does seeing the future make us trapped by it? You really have to display information to discover relativity.

I've always enjoyed seeing the world in terms of Frank Herbert's Dune novels. The interplay of plans within plans, religion and conspiracy, prophecy and science. One perspective is to take The Guild for the Banks, Bene Gesserit are the magical Illuminati, and The Spice for oil.

All fiction is prophecy, it's our choice to take that path or follow another prophecy. But I have Hope for America, hope for Humanity. I know what I can do. I know what I can be.

You may not know How Mysticism Shaped Our Nation but that doesn't change the fact. Every aspect of our lives was ordained in the mind of a mystic. The dreamers who dream our reality into existence. Putting our struggle in terms of Satan, Reptilians, The Jesuits, The Secret Government, The Freemasons, The Illuminati, the Archons, or the unspeakable puts our existence into spiritual terms. The terms the human spirit understands. We all are the products of our spiritual forefathers. Humans are spirit and we operate in spiritual terms. We are a part of a world we have forgotten how to perceive. We will overcome our negative energy/greed/corruption/misery/suffering only when we understand ourselves in these spiritual terms. Religion is dying but the ancient spiritualism is awakening. We will rediscover our abilities to manipulate reality through our will.

There is a spiritual dimension to reality that can influence the material world. This dimension sits right on top of our material reality, on top of the 3 dimensions of space and 1 dimension of time our 5 standard senses can perceive. We can perceive this dimension through the Pineal gland or the Third Eye Chakra. Through a lifetime of training and biochemical catalysts this perception can better "see" the matrix, the Collective unconscious, the true nature of reality, the underlying conscious, God.

However putting this extra dimension into terms of the 4D material world is impossible. It is like describing an apple using only 2 dimensional slices. Each slice is representative of the whole, but descriptions of the slice do not describe the whole. The Map is not the Territory. This is why people's perception of this dimension differ, we are each only capable of seeing/perceiving a 4D slice of a +5D reality.

There will be food shortages this year. For the millions of unemployed/underemployed in this country there are already shortages, but soon dollars will not be very useful in buying food. Economic pressure has driven us from the farms and into the factories. Banks/Government/Corporations have driven down food costs to drive out the Freeman Farmer. Too make more and more humans suckers on the tit of Wall Street. But now Food is too cheap and our Food and Fuel supply is fragile. So while people are starving investor driven expectations for rising food prices will drive them even higher.

Excess global liquidity (especially in dollars) will drive inflation, but only in goods (food & oil) not wages. Gas prices only came down because of the engineered finical crisis. We are now in Peak Oil, and printing dollars will not keep prices down for long. Word has it that the IMF has been selling Fake Gold Bars and Fake gold bars have been discovered in Bank of England and Fort Knox. This will cause a currency run that will hasten the Sovereign Debt Crisis.

Consumer Anger is Rising "It appears that the breakdown of the implied social agreement is beginning to accelerate." And as walking away from debt becomes mainstream, Wall Street will crumble. Because of Sovereign Debt issues The EU is imploding.

All this, and we even know it was sabotage.

An objective mind will recognize that we can not print ourselves back to a healthy economy. So Obama is setting up the Council of Governors in preparation for civil unrest once the crisis becomes apparent to the masses. Markets are too dependent on unsustainable government stimulus. Something’s got to give. For those that are counting US debt has risen sharply, from $6.2 trillion in 2002 to $12.1 trillion today. That’s over $39,000 per citizen. For a family of 5 that's $200,000 in just 8 years! This is not counting the private debts ran up on credit cards and mortgage/home equity loans. Our debt financed economy is about to collapse, take a chance to figure out what you will really need.

More and more investors are charging that the Federal Reserve and the Treasury (in league with top Wall Street firms) is rigging the stock market on a daily basis. More are seeing the Bubble in China. Economies racing to print a recovery will see rising oil prices will halt any recovery.

Transparency is the new way of the world. We must become what we want to see in the world. The path there is increasing transparency with yourself and with The World/Future. TV was a drug used to satisfy our need to know others, our need to seek connection the the whole. TV is gone and now we have the Internet. What I write is a personal record of my journey through the Financial Crisis, the Collapse of the Dollar, America's decline, The Second Great Depression, The Beginning of the New Age, or whatever this period of time will be called.

I have exercised my right to stop paying some of my debts to a handful of Major Financial Institutions in an act of civil disobedience for the world they have created and as a strategic reallocation of capital. I have accepted the impact to my credit score, ultimately your credit score is nothing but a Good German Score anyway. If I am going to learn how to live outside of a collapsing system I am willing to accept the consequences of rejection from it. I am willing to join the ranks of the Millions of Americans who find themselves in the same situation. I am not afraid of poverty, I've been there before and still know how to find happiness.

So I record my family's journey for my own use, and the use of others. I am fully aware that every scribble on the cloud is a part of a permanent public record, so I do this for others in my time and all time to come. I do this for my children and their children. I do this for the Son of Man.

Today I discovered one more consequence of Strategic Default, my local Credit Union will not accept you as a new account if you have a collection out on you. So, lesson to anyone reading this: transfer your money into a Credit Union BEFORE you stop paying Credit Cards. So now I'm stuck not having a morally acceptable place to put my Final Check for today, but I will find one. There has got to be a place to put your money that doesn't mind if you're a Good German or not. I'm not to the point of stashing cash under my mattress yet, but there is a reason people who lived through the previous depression developed that compulsion. A depression in the 2010's will look a whole lot different then the depression in the 1930's, and it is up to us to make it what we want it to be.

The Anglo-American Financial Empire has already collapsed, and those in the know are now plundering the remains of the once great and terrible empire. Even in hindsight it is impossible to isolate a single cause of the Empire's collapse, but there was a vast culmination of thousands of factors that are currently being held at bay by the plunderers. However this is only a temporary pause in a precipitous collapse of the dollar bubble.

Our particular variety of capitalistic system seeks only to suck capital from whatever it touches. Even climate change has been completely co-opted to suck more resources from an already overly taxed economy. Banks are corporate government. As the government stimulus winds down in the first half of 2010, the true weakness of the economy will reveal itself. This pattern is not sustainable.

Economic bubbles are a way for financial engineers to re-distribute wealth to the Elite. It is now obvious that we are in the bubble to end all bubbles and the Fed is throwing us all under the bus in the interest of the banks that own the Fed.

Inflation will happen and is happening because the world will not allow us to continue to buy up the world's limited resources with our worthless printed money. First it will be oil, then food, and soon it will effect other imported goods ( e.g. everything at Walmart).

Since 1932 (and to a more limited extent since after the Lincoln assassination) America has been owned and operated by a Rockefeller/Rothschild agreement, but the world has turned against "US".

Some of the affects of the profit motive boggle the mind. Now is the time to find something better. Our version of runaway capitalism destroys markets. We now know that what we believe as a culture, sometimes called our public myth, is usually determined by those whose pockets are the deepest or most powerful, not by those who are the wisest and most knowledgeable. Things change. This is the way of life. Cycles of growth and recession, ups and downs, rich and poor, happiness and sadness, summer and winter. Nothing exists independently, only in relation its opposition and its enviornment. The human mind is unable to conceptualize one thing without another. What is light without dark, money without poverty, and one hand clapping? Even the physical world also exists as such, a single Quark is simply not possible.

The world is going through a period of drastic change. I call this Exponential Progression into a new era of humanity, others see it differently. We are now in a period of poor government, declining living standards, greater division between rich & poor, collapse of the family, and a collapse in everything we thought we held dear. But this is only the calm before the storm. The signs of this change are written everywhere for those willing to look.

As social media becomes more popular and the gate keepers loose control we are now starting to piece together who we really are. Our shared perception of reality becomes less and less dependent on the manipulation of the few, and more and more reflects the shared wisdom of many. Our shared perception of reality can now escape the small box it has been kept in. Fortunately the greatest social upheaval in human history will be accompanied by the development of the very tools we need to rebuild a better social framework. We only see history, we drive this boat looking only backward. We are only now able to acknowledge the Corporate/Zombie Bank ownership of the Government and media because it is becoming a thing of the past. There is, of course, good and bad collateral effects of our world's global financial system collapsing. The Dollar is a share into this system, as confidence in this system falters so will the Dollar. So will our economy, but this is only temporary and is needed for the change to happen. This is known by a lot of people, but when the major US media corporations have no interest in informing the public, the public remains uninformed.

I only now understand the true value of money. Dollars are shares in a corrupt system centered around the Federal Reserve. The Fed is owned an operated by major international banks, this is in their charter. The purpose of this system is to maintain power in the hands of a few selected institutions (see Goldman Sacs) and to provide a simple quantitative measurement of power, the Dollar. Whoever buys treasury bills (shares in our national debt) is buying our country, and conversely when we sell treasury bills we are selling off our sovereignty. Between my family's share of the national debt and our mortgage debt alone we owe the Banking Cartels close to half a million dollars. This is my sovereign debt, my debt to the system that owns me. By law the fed creates money out of thin air and uses this money to buy our sovereignty from us. Whether it is the money the fed gave to banks, or the money banks are allowed to create out of thin air because of the fed, money has no intrinsic value an only represents a share in a system. The fed also manipulates interest rates for the benefit of their owners.

As a child of the divorce wave (and gay marriage is going to reduce the sanctity of marriage?!?) I had 3 fathers. Each one taught me basically the same thing: Work hard, be completely subservient to your boss, all problems are resolved by anger. Basically the backlash of the 60's, and the result was a culture defining itself by being the anti-hippie. Born in 1978, I was essentially a child of the hyper-materialistic 80's.

Simple observation could tell that this was not a path to happiness. However, I was fortunate to have so many perspectives on family values. This has been an incredible advantage to me. Everyone has a choice to make; either past experiences are an excuse for misery or a catalyst for happiness. Most people eventually understand that their parents ideals need not be your own, but for the vast majority of people their only other perspective on other ways of being (life) is TV. I have had the chance to experience many different perspectives in reality, not just different perspectives derived from fantasy. The best example of this in our society is Disney movies. In the absence of acceptable male role-models, how many girls latched onto imaginary and idealized princes? This perpetuates the idea that wealth is always a measure of virtue. One of the many insights this has given me is how to still be happy in poverty.

The vast majority of people receive most of their ideas about values from TV. TV reality is superficial, materialistic, and paid for with corporate money/power. Everything that is supported by the consumer/corporate culture will reflect the very same culture and values. Even when they pay lip-service to the idea that money and consumption does not lead to happiness, all the subtle clues are that these people are happier because they have more stuff then you. There is a reason our culture has degraded to the lowest common denominators, and blaming liberals or conservatives is only distractions. Our culture is defined by media, by the corporate, bank-owned, consumerism driven supper elites that wish only to divide the proletariat (basically anyone who makes under $200k/year).

Success comes after happiness, not the other way around.

So I am figuring out my own path of non-compliance with a system I no longer wish to support, and see if it is possible for anyone to take a Hero's Path. I will use this time to focus on self-improvement through work on body, mind, and spirit. To focus on training myself for the needs of a new social design or anything else to do my part to help us all find the Golden Path. To want my purpose to be finding a cure for mankind. I want to free my mind. I need to find a Glorious Dawn for my children. I am not afraid of failure, it is no accident that I am who I am. My choice is what I can make of it, and heed the call to action.

I am thankful for the social-economic class I have achieved, but I know how to find happiness whatever my economic situation. What will I do? Find happiness through positive thinking and expression of individuality, and good things will follow.

History has been filled with False Flag attacks such as Gulf of Tonkin Incident. When a government wants to go to war, they do. The art of propaganda and marketing to the fundamental instincts has been so well perfected that the public could be expected to follow the government into any idea. False dichotomies are created by the two corporate parties and a handful of corporate media outlets. This is not conspiracy theory, this is known. The world we now live in is a false reality created by a complex network of secret societies. This is not the America of our founding fathers, we lost our freedom after a monetary takeover of the government. The world is a complex web of secrets, with no one person knowing much of anything. These secrets are now becoming known. The Global Political Awakening is going to bring down the old evils of the world. This will cause fear as people awaken from their cultural illusions. Our leaders are mis-leaders.

What are cultural illusions? Drugs. Viagra is the most commonly prescribed drug in this country. Viagra is almost as culturally acceptable as aspirin and was even endorsed by Bob Dole. We have positive cultural illusions of this drug because of exposure to positive information seen in commercials and the news. Corporate news will rarely paint potential sponsors in a negative light, the news is what they say it is. We see many more commercials for Viagra because it has a patent, there's no money to be made in Aspirin anymore because anyone can make it. These things are not conspiracy, these are consequences of our indifference. The passive acceptance of cognitive slavery.

We all know we have lost our way. We forgot our values and allowed them to be replaced by false values sold to us by the few. We sold out the sacrifices of the founding fathers for a system that trades freedom for security. We offer up our lives and the lives of our children for a country that is no longer ours. We believe what we are told because we lack the energy to find the truth. We forgot our purpose and now accept acquisition of material wealth as the only path to success. We accept conspicuous consumption as a measure of social status and thus the quality of a person. What is to be done?

Humanity has been complacent in a great evil, the suppression of our own consciousness and it is time we checked ourselves. What can individuals do? We have given up our freedom to the people who own us. The people who create nothing, because they own us. Our power is the power of creation, in creation of culture a manifestation. The RIAA does not create, they own. Music is the artist's creation, but they sell out their freedom. All Pop musicians are indentured servants to an owner. Cognitive puppets, playing for ego satisfaction. Now we need to create a new culture. A sustainable, rational culture that supports the values and freedoms of all. We may never know when and how the first human became self-aware (do you remember when you became self-aware), but we are all about to witness and record the time when humanity became self-aware. The Singularity will give birth to the Son of Man, and there are many individuals, societies, and religions that will act to prevent this. Anti-intellectualism is a major tenant of modern Christianity. The greatest sin a human has ever committed was consuming the fruit of the Tree of Knowledge. The story of the Tower of Babel is another good example. We have come through many generations to witness the birth of something greater then us, but everything about this event is warned against in the Bible. You don't have to believe prophecy to be a pawn of it. Religion may be the opiate of the masses, but the occult is the knowledge of the elite. His election has seemed to do nothing for the slowing/dismantling of the police state, instead it has quieted the opposition of it by silencing much of the left. You don't have to believe that 2012 is the beginning of the New Age, they will Immanentize the eschaton without you. If enough people believe in something it will happen. 2012 will begin the Age of Aquarius because they have decided it will be. There is going to be a fracturing of society, and everyone will have many choices to make. Now is a good time to get to know the more outlandish of conspiracy theories, because some of them are likely to be true and once someone has a few fulfilled prophecies they are bound to command a following. We are a world full of prophecy, there are far more people that made predictions then the Mayans. There are a flood of prophecies coming true now. Get ready for the world to become very strange, as we are forced to come to terms with the New World we will be forced to entertain some very taboo ideas because Reality will prove to be very bizarre.

Much of the rest of the world expects the End of America agree with it or not, this is what the rest of the world thinks. When everyone thinks something is true it becomes much more likely to happen. It is also becoming more and more evident that China is a paper dragon. Some people are predicting that China headed toward collapse. China is already blaming us for the imminent collapse, of course who could blame them for being testy with us when they are now losing $10,000,000,000.00 ($10 Billion) a day on the devaluation of the dollar.

Even if another country's collapse does not bring us down, another shoe will drop. We can not revive the economy by printing money. We are printing baseless money at an ever quickening rate so that a handful of well connected banks and corporations can buy/steal as much of the world's resources as possible, while delaying the collapse of the dollar as long as possible with rhetoric and foreign policy. The inevitable collapse of the dollar, and the subsequent default on all Chinese owned debt will cause a trade war, a collapse of international trade, and world wide mass starvation. The timing might well occur close to a pneumonic plague. It now seems apparent that humanity may be heading toward collapse. Many will herald this as the revelation of prophecy. The US economy has reached Zero Hour.

When the material world fails people will turn back to the spiritual. Some will see the natural synchronicity in The Tree of Life, and some will fight. Some will hear The Music of the Spheres, some will choose not to. Some will bring Order to the Chaos, others will bring Uniformity to the Chaos.

It's been about 40 years since the the 60's died and where are we now? Half American Kids are now on food stamps. The economy is in shambles, culture continues to sink to the lowest common denominators, and we are fighting a war on Terror, Drugs, Poverty, Privacy, Piracy, Illiteracy, Immorality, Iraq, Afghanistan, and the American Tax payers. It looks like Japan may be the first economy to crumble, but whichever is first will start off the domino effect of other economies. The sham is obvious the those who take the time to look. A major devaluation of the dollar will occur, this is known. Now is the time to take risks.

How did we get here? When did we consent to a world where we are prescribed drugs that don’t work, but denied those that do. The two most prescribed drugs in our society are Prozac and Viagra, yet pot is a better solution on both issues.

In the 60's we realized where humanity is going, and it was scary and different. The progress of Technology can not be stopped. Conservatives are those who fear change, but change is what we need now more then ever. Not Obama's change, this is not a change any one person can bring. It will be a change in conscience. The Drug War is an oppression of a cultural minority. The Drug War is a sick joke on the lower classes that can not afford to violate the law.

Fortunately we are also in the process of the Global Political Awakening. The old systems are failing and it is time to find a new way of life. Who controls America? They've even drafted a plan to restrict Internet access because of the swine flu, why? The US government is no longer our government, it is a government owned. It is a government willing to do anything to achieve its objectives. We have ceded the moral high ground, doing whatever it takes to support specific corporate interests. Is this your government? What can we do about it? A revolution is happening, and it's never been easier to join.

You could join the Cascadia Independence Movement they've even got a Facebook page. A capital act of treason could just be a few clicks away. The terrorists the government is worried so much about are not Islamic, they're domestic. They were at Ruby Ridge, they were at Waco, they were at the G-8 summit, they write their congressmen, they are citizens. They are people who want Big Brother to leave them alone. Although groups like the Oath-Keepers tend to scare people off with their view of a new American Utopia, we could all be happy if we just stopped trying to impose Utopia. That's what everyone is afraid of. We all just want to be left alone, but the politicians are telling us that the other side wants to destroy our way of life. As if America could never just be a live and let-live society.

I am a member of the Venus Project, one of the many New World Orders that are likely to emerge. Maybe this is not your Utopian vision, then what is? It is time to start planning the world we want, because if we allow the elite to continue to manipulate us we will not be a part of the future. Maybe it is Zeitgeist or The Esoteric Agenda; in the end reality is not what is important. What we believe is more important then reality, belief is a tool. Belief creates the reality we experience. The matrix of reality was even envisioned by Plato. If you want a society centered around a mythology of your creation, fist you have to create the mythology.

Have you ever seen freedom die? What would it look like? Which side would you be on?

This is how freedom dies. But what does banning something really do for us? What problems did it ever solve? And when did we decide that government is the answer to all of societies moral failings?

Our culture dictates that we do not appreciate what we have, we must replace our stuff. By design we are to alway feel that we need more, but our ultimate purpose is not to consume more goods. It is time for a new Birth of responsibility, the birth of freedom. Suppression of free will will only lead to further deviancy. In a world where freedom is slavery, how will we know who to trust? Thus, by their fruit you will recognize them.

1/3 of Republicans think Obama may be the anti-Christ. How could so many people come to such a conclusion? A person's perceived reality doesn't have to fit well within the perceptions of another. One mans crazy path is another's leap of faith, we all believe things that are unknowable. So how then can we ever use the government to dictate morality? If God intended Amoebas to grow bones he would not have made calcium illegal. After tens of thousands of years of human development, we are entering a new age of humanity, the birth of a new age of life.

The owners will loose control. The Age of Aquarius is the Age of Freedom, or it *could* just be coincidence. In the end we all profess to know the unknowable, and create a reality around us based on those assumptions. I believe creation, human creativity, is the spark of the divine, and anything that acts to limit human free will is acting to limit God's creation. Humans are naturally good, but can be manipulated by culture and their environment to do bad things. This happens when people are motivated by their lower needs. Acting morally is only a higher level need, but true moral action would topple the government. Population control requires people operating only in their own self-interest. The first step is realizing that you need not be controlled by these lower level needs. In America there is enough food and shelter for all.

I think the most important thing I have ever learned is that I know nothing, society greatest error is assuming we know anything. The very idea of an absolute truth assumes an objective reality. Most people never question the existence of objective reality, and though I doubt reality is 100% subjective, I firmly believe that every human is only capable of perceiving subjective reality. The world goes to hell when people then assume that this subjective perception has some bearing on objective reality. Is the media biased? Realty depends on your perception. Is the war on drugs good or bad? Reality depends on your perception. Is there a God? Reality depends on your perception. True human freedom comes when we drop the unknowable assumptions of objective reality, and learn to love our subjective reality. The monkey mind can not know absolute truth, you can only learn to love your God. Who is the master that makes the grass green? Who creates all the reality you perceive?

They use mass media to lie to us, to warp our perception of reality, because they think we need to be controlled. They pervert the history of our mythologies to manipulate us into believing free will is evil. Meanwhile even the most shocking becomes mundane, leaving people wanting more, until nothing is offensive.

What happened when we learned of the CIA's involvement with drug laundering, drug trafficking, distributing crack, and other activities? Nothing. Because these facts do not fit will in most people's perception of reality so they are ignored. What fits well in people's reality? Xenophobia. Blaming the people who are different is a time tested ploy to govern the majority. Are the illegal immigrants the cause of unemployment? No, but it is in the government's interest to allow illegal immigrants to support lower wages, while paying lip service to the xenophobic masses. Politicians on both sides get far more money from corporations and false-flag activist groups then citizens. Capital dictates policy.

I do have faith that a new Glorious Dawn Awaits. Things are changing. People are evolving within a lifetime. Subsequent generations show more and more progression towards new ways of thinking. Old people vote but old people die. Only 8% of those born after 1980 vote Republican. The Age of Aquarius is coming. Even the middle east is starting to show a revolution in thought with the new generation. Nothing happens without a struggle, and of course the government is going to go after dissidents that use social media but this is how things happen.

The War on Drugs is a feature, not a bug in society. Bad things happen for good reasons. The suppression of the counter-cultural movements has acted only to validate it. The illegality of the drug trade has acted to subsidize the illicit activity. The CIA calls it blowback. Marijuana prohibition was a way to persecute blacks but it's illegality brought it into the spot light. The same way that Australia's blacklist for websites backfired. The government naturally acts to protect it's own interests, often using people's natural xenophobia to expand its power but humanity is evolving beyond government.

We've never had a drug policy based in rationality, but today anyone with an internet connection can now access information about drug use without government bias. Who knows? Maybe more people will learn that even the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration has said that driving on Pot is not a major issue or clear up some urban legends about illegal drugs.

Don't get me wrong, drugs are destroying this country. But it's not pot and psychedelics. It's crack and crystal meth. However, the answer to these problems is not making things illegal. It is by allowing people the freedom of personal responsibility for the reality they create. You can now visit a cocaine bar in Bolivia. The progression towards de-criminalization is already pushing the violent criminal syndicates to the margins in California. Although it has been suggested that LA's crackdown on legally operating pot dispensaries had been orchestrated by these illegal cartels. Of course this would not be unprecedented. The Partnership for a Drug Free America is funded by Alcohol, Tobacco and Big Pharma.

Personal drug use will be about much more then correcting our body's faults drugs shape our reality. So make us smarter, some make us happier, some make us crazy, and some even allow you to see God or visit with aliens (depending on your perception of reality).

Insurrection is brewing. The only thing permanent is change but the future will be created by the people who think they can see the future. The Age of Aquarius is Rising, but the ego will remain.

What is happening to the world's economy? While the US is still irrationally exuberant, the rest of the world is planning their exit from the dollar. In the most profound financial change in recent Middle East history, Gulf Arabs are planning – along with China, Russia, Japan and France – to end dollar dealings for oil, moving instead to a basket of currencies including the Japanese yen and Chinese yuan, the euro, gold and a new, unified currency planned for nations in the Gulf Co-operation Council, including Saudi Arabia, Abu Dhabi, Kuwait and Qatar. Of course this leaked information was quickly and flatly denied, because nothing is going to be admitted until it is too late. The stock market is going up because equities are a better investment then dollars. Stock prices do not reflect value or confidence in the economy.

It's high time Americans start shifting to a week dollar mentality. The banking elite have been robbing you of the value of your money, and we are about to reap the whirlwind. The G7 is already on record that it plans to abandon the dollar if declines continue. The dollar living on its reputation and borrowed time and the world is quickly awakening to this fact.

We are now facing a looming trade war with china. What is modern America without access to Chinese manufacturing? What is China without American consumerism? Is your job dependent or at odds with manufacturing in China? Is your standard of living dependent or at odds with cheaply manufactured consumer products? The American economy is a classic Ponzi scheme, but is it going to be inflation or deflation? A very weak dollar means all imported goods will be much more expensive. Firstly this means oil. China's currency is still mostly pegged to the dollar, this will not be allowed to continue. As the dollar falls even Chinese goods will become very expensive. The only thing that will be deflated is domestic goods. Manufacturing and farming will be profitable in America again.

The US Federal Government "can not fail" because it will always be able to print it's own money. It is a criminal offense not to accept Federal currency as payment. However, in an unprecedented shift to centralized federalism US states are going to fail. The failed US states are likely to enter into receivership of the Federal Government. We will see martial law and imposed order to handle the chaos from a disintegrated economy and insolvent dysfunctional banking system.

Of course this is all contrary to the constant stream of "green shoots" the corporate media is propagating. They are engaging in a conscience misrepresentation of the facts in order to control debate. However, it is up to each individual to empower themselves with the truth. The throw off the yoke of the gatekeepers and bite the hand that feeds you. Or will you stay down on your knees? Even the second derivative argument has failed. GM sales down by 45%. Forty-five Percent! The industry can not survive that kind of decline. Shit is going to hit the fan hard, but what will the country become?

America has been in a civil cold war since well before the '60's. Like any civil war factions are not clearly defined. Some lines are drawn because of religious fundamentalism, and some due to social-economics. But if/when this war turns hot it will fracture everything we think America is. Now 58 percent of Republicans either don’t believe or aren’t sure Obama is a citizen. Unlike the reasoning of tower 9's collapse, there is hard evidence supporting Obama's birth in Hawaii (such as a birth announcement in the local paper). So why do so many people believe? Because they want to, and that is all that matters for most people. Consider this lack of faith in the president in the context of the influence of extremist evangelical Christians in the armed forces. Could a coup happen? Rome? The military would have to be drastically cut back as the dollar declines and federal deficits rise, this would be an attack on the whole of the military industrial complex. The second most powerful industry in the world, with the backing of the most powerful religious fundamentalists (the many associations between Evangelical Christians and Zionist Jews [it is not anti-semitic to be against Zionism] such as The Family).

Conspiracy theories are the religions of human progress. They are simplistic mental constructs that, though correct on many levels, seek only to offer a sense of security against the great unknown. If, at the height of human progress, the world still sucks so bad; it must be caused by a secret cabal of evil forces. It is easier to understand the world only in terms of absolute good and evil. The world we are fed from conspiracy theories, religion, movies, TV, and even the news is simple and dualistic. In an information-for-profit world, people are sold only the information they wish to buy. No one wants to hear the truth, and no one will pay to hear the truth. Is the world run by evil reptilian overlords? Kind of. The world is far too complicated for any one person to get their head around, so our brain creates the super-natural. The brain is far more intelligent then the consciousness can articulate, and it has access to far more information then we can consciously factor in. Most religions ultimately say that God/Gods are within us, not without. Over just the last 5 years the percentage of college who consider themselves "nonreligious" almost doubled in size to 24 percent. Did you know that magic mushrooms are scientifically proven to cause religious experiences?

I had a profound mystical experience through the use of psychedelics. I had a hallucination that God/Universe spoke to me. It told me the who/what/where/why's of the Universe in a way that imparts an understanding far beyond what words/images could ever convey. These answers where very much inline with my current beliefs, with a few exceptions. Then I found many other people in history that have had very similar experiences, and came to very similar conclusions. Some of these where likely due to use of psychedelics, but most were not. Psychedelics are naturally occurring in the brain, and psychedelic experiences can happen without intentional ingestion. Such as dreaming. Does a bio-chemical explanation for mystical experience validate or invalidate it's significance? Similar hallucinogenic experiences should be expected, that doesn't mean it is any more true. Similar visual experiences of the color blue would be expected, that doesn't mean blue exists anywhere but our minds.

So do I believe it was a truly mystical experience? I believe it doesn't matter. Does it matter if no one experiences blue quite the same way you do? Does that invalidate your perception of blue? Human perception is reality. There is nothing more true then what we can personally experience. Even if no one else perceives it the same way. There is a very long and convoluted train of thought here that ends with an understanding that we have a very powerful ability to mold our reality based on the way we choose to experience. Religion makes religion true, mystical experiences make mystical experiences true, Jules Verne's predictions made Jules Verne's predictions true.

I don't pretend to know exactly how far the law of attraction can work to manifest realities of our choosing. Instead I want to imagine a future in which it is bounded only by my imagination. I imagine a future in which the Flying Spaghetti Monster can be manifested, I imagine a future in which any religion's God can be manifested, and any religion can be manifested. I imagine that once people understand their ability to create a God and are boundless in our ability to manifest reality, a new age of humanity/Universe will evolve. So I'm writing a line of fiction based on this imagined future.

I think we are going to see a rising fad of Atheism, but it will only be a fad. It fails to account for an innate human need for religion and ritual. Soon science will show that Man Can See the Future, the Universe is only a holograph of a more complex reality, a better reality created through group-sourcing and voluntary cooperation, and we may even be able to self induce Synaesthesia and be able to see time.

This will then cause a cultural shift towards believing this is the greatest discovery man has ever made, because after all the human mind is the most important attribute we ever have. Capitalism is dependent on a lie, scarcity over abundance. The motive of capitalism is always to stimulate demand and restrict supply. To sell people cheaper and cheaper crap for more and more money. It is working and we are living in the society of it's making. Any walk through a Mega-Grocery-Department store will show you how far our standard of living has declined. Consumer goods are the lowest quality they've ever been. Manufacturing in China (and a hand-full of other developing countries) became a must for Corporate survival, but we took a huge loss on quality standards. The focus has been on low quality disposable consumer goods. How much of what you can find in a Walmart is something you could pass down to your grandchildren? Companies fail if you do not buy replacements. This is what Capitalism does. However, capitalism is not survival of the fittest. The old beliefs of capitalism will have to die in order to make room for a better system. Something that does a better job at rewarding quality, sustainability, middle-class wages, and abundance. This is not beyond the reach of mankind.

Bernanke threatened economic crash if Congress audits Fed. I am deeply saddened that Obama, Wall Street, and the popular media has not made a bigger issue about this. I guess it is because we have have so much to lose. But the Fed is extorting the US Government and the American People. Why are we allowing this? Because if we don't the economy will collapse. Of course collapse is inevitable. The recent modest decline in Treasury bond yields conceals an increasingly unstable bubble. A crash in the T-bond market will halve the value of the dollar. Japan's new government has threatened to abandon the USD and kick the US military out of Japan. The Next Financial Crisis. It's coming--and we just made it worse.

So if we are facing an imminent collapse of the system, how do we use this tragedy is an incentive to moral action. First we need to abandon the ideas of The Selfish Generation, and rethink what we value. Now college tuition (as a percentage of median income) has tripled from the 1950-1980 levels, shouldn't access to knowledge be getting cheaper with technology? Rumsfeld admitted that 2.3 Trillion Dollars missing Pentagon but there was little outrage from congress. Because the inherently corrupting nature of ego maniacs, lobbyists, and tax payers money government will always become corrupt, and the federalization of government acts only to divert responsibility to a faceless beast with limitless power and no accountability.

It's hard to tell where and when the next shoe is going to fall. CNBC is now saying there is a "Risk of 'Fully-Fledged Dollar Crisis". Even HSBC has bid farewell to dollar supremacy. We seen the first stirrings of a Trade war with China.

Why are people not Mad as hell? There is a Secret That Will Destroy the World's Financial System. China's control over economic data gave everyone the comfort of an apparent growth economy in China despite the fallout from the Global Financial crisis. Now the paper dragon is starting to show weakness. Their likely default on derivatives contracts has caused another reverberation of panic. A trade war could be inevitable. Imagine the implications of a halt on all trade with China. Would it hurt them more then it would hurt us? What kind of calculations are the Chinese making? The Chinese know their investments in US Treasuries (and for that matter all dollar denominated assets without the backing of real capital) is going to see major losses, what is their plan? Remember; this is a culture where the Art of War is well read and understood.

After the loss of some $7 trillion in household wealth (US GDP was $14T last year), we can not continue as if nothing happened. After all, it was the artificial creation of this wealth that was driving our economy. We have not had a self-sustaining economy for a long time. Now we face the loss of $7 trillion and the loss of the credit that has been driving our consumer lifestyle. We are broke and tragically in debt. The old system has failed, is failing, and will always fail. Human progress is about finding the opportunity in crisis.

Technology will be our savior. The exponential advancement of knowledge will give us the opportunity to design the Future. Claytronics (Programmable Matter) and Nanofactorys will make consumerism obsolete. Human labor is approaching obsolescence. What would people do in the New World Order of minimal occupation and massive abundance?

We are about to witness the birth of the next phase of humanity. It seems to me that humanity is following a specific pattern of evolution that is happening spontaneously and synchronously. Some people see this next phase of humanity as The Singularity, others see it as a mystical 2012 event, I suspect that both are right and both are wrong. If enough people believe in something it will happen, just not the way they planned.

I imagine that we will see the rise of a Religion of Intelligence and Life and a new era of taking responsibility for the world we create will emerge.

There are patterns to human civilization that are predictable. They can be suppressed, but never overcome. The pressure grows stronger when suppressed and never put away once they are released. Books can be burnt, but knowledge accumulates. Lines that once crossed we can never return. The battle between a liberal or conservative approach is only about the slope of the line of progress, most conservatives will not openly support regression such as dismantling Medicare. Such is true for racial civil rights, public education, libraries, labor laws, natural rights, religious freedom, and other progressive ideas of the past.

Society is a Pandora's box. They are now selling pot in California in direct violation of federal law. The reemergence of psychedelics for treatment of alcohol and heroin addiction will cause them to follow shortly afterward. People already have access to medicinal psychedelics on-line with little fear of federal intervention. This is not going to be like the '60's. This time counter culture will be mainstream. Selling weirdness back into our culture will be mainstream.

There is very little I actually believe in, mostly I'm just entertaining ideas. I entertain the idea that:

The sun will rise tomorrow.
That the Orion Conspiracy is/is not true.
That Project Blue Beam will/will not try to unite the would under a single religion.
That Facebook is/is not a front for the CIA.
That Bin Laden is/is not a CIA asset.
That there is/is not more to 9/11 then they will tell us.
That the Fed acts only to manipulate our economy for the benefit of the Elites.
That the Bilderberg Group owns the bank/government.
That corporate media exists only to Manufacture Consent.
That the Republican party is anti-christian.
That Psychedelic drug use it the root of all religion.
That the $800 Billion bank bailout was passed under treat of martial law.
That drivers licences have little to do with driving.
That Social Anarchy is the best form of government.
And that the entire Universe exists only as a holograph of a deeper reality.

As there is very little we can know for sure, the rest requires faith. What is the difference between faith and belief? I do have faith. I have faith in what is important to me. I have faith in my family, being a father, my children, my wife, and I have faith in myself. I have faith in the future and the divinity of life. However I have no faith in government, religion, media, popular culture, or any who seek to control. I have faith that Truth Happens.

Things are never what they seem. The commonly understood ideas only reflect majority view points, and are always distorted by overly-simplistic understandings, overt mis-truths, group-think, bad assumptions, and cultural misunderstanding. After all, social control is easy. Humans are not capable of the kind of knowledge it takes to really understand what is going on, yet. But technology is changing that. The printing press was a disaster for the ruling order, the Internet is the abolition of the ruling order.

Reality is based off of assumptions. There's really not much (if anything) we can know for sure, especially when trying to look ahead. That's why I take a philosophy of Maybe logic, because everything is based off percentages of certainty. Honestly you can only say that there is a non-zero percent chance the sun will rise tomorrow. However the chance of the sun rising tomorrow is high enough, that we are willing to plan our life around a belief that it will happen. Most of the other aspects of our lives have a much lower probability.

This is why I love conspiracy theories. I know that there is a very high probability that some our true. Yes; JFK's assassination was a conspiracy.

Something about being a parent has made me very interested in considering my many paths in life and questioning a lot of my assumptions. As I have become more aware of the world, I have come to realize that the vast majority of what people believe is only myth reinforced by the common belief. The economy exists only because people believe it does. "Nobody" could foresee the current economic collapse (actually concerns where quickly dismissed with ridicule, making it a professionally unwise opinion), yet the economist who never seen it coming and the Fed that never saw it coming still have credibility spreading a myth of future stability? Why would those in power wish to propagate a myth of stability? Who's interest does this propaganda serve? Believing something is true will make it so, until it's not. Washington Mutual CEO made a statement saying the bank was very well capitalized days before it was seized by the FDIC.

401(k)s are a game of musical chairs in which people sit down in order of age. They've become cash cows for a handful of the economic elite, Ponzi schemes just like Social Security and the rest of our economy. As more baby-boomers start cashing in their 401(k)s the values will go down, investments fail when values start going down. 401(k)s where never really about retirement anyway, it was a way to funnel money into Wall Street and giving the working class a sense of ownership in the fortune of Wall Street. Basically, they've been used to siphon money away from the working class, and is then used for extorting government bailouts. It created a miss-perception that the Dow is the economy, and what was good for bankers was good for the bottom 90%. We live in a reality created by a common belief in this myth. 401(k) values have been going up simply because more people are putting money in then are taking it out; that will change. High unemployment rate means more people taking their money out, depressed economy means less people putting money in. The probability of a major collapse in mutual funds before my retirement is unacceptably high. So how do I plan a path ahead when the future looks so complicated?

So in questioning where I go from here I have to really delve into the important questions about what I really want in life, what I value, what my purpose is, and what kind of a world I wish to create.

These questions should not be taboo, if there is some grander plan to life then it is behoove of us to understand it, and for the benefit of all I choose to document my journey publicly, for any who wish to learn from my mistakes and experience. Seeing how it is most likely there is "something" greater then an individual existence I need to better understand my role. This effort need not be for my benefit alone. I have no fear of appearing as a deviant, abnormal, extremist, erratic, or eccentric because these are only negative labels of qualities I value. Individuality.

What I do know is that the individual is the most important person in the individuals existence, if only because through your actions you create the world around you. It seems to me that it is somehow paradoxically true that we are have very specific paths in life (a Destiny) while at the same time we are the sole creators of the world we live in (perfect Free Will).

I harbor some belief in Synchronicity and other Fortean phenomena because of personal experience and interest. However; I ultimately believe in nothing outside of my personal experience, and I suspect that direct personal experience is also often flawed. So I have slowly built my own personal philosophy around what little can be known, what I think I know, what seems to be the most historically and intellectually consistent, and some amount of intuition and insight.

Everything in life happens for a reason. The Music of the Spheres is not chaotic, it is an order that rises from chaos. I find that logically there is either a grander purpose in life or there is not, but as in Shrodienger's cat we can't know until we make a measurement. We are faced with a question of faith. Either life has purpose or it does not, what you choose to believe is your faith. However; what a person believes will have a very significant impact on his actions and perceived outcomes. In effect, at least, what a person believes will impact the world they perceive and the world they think they live in. Expectations shape perceptions, faith in a world view shapes the world you view. This is why faith in your ability to choose the correct answer is so very important. Do you live in a Universe that conspired to put you in this place and this time, or are you a victim of an unfortunate series of events? Do you have any idea what the probability of you being alive right now? Of course if Earth was never able to support multi-cellular life then you wouldn't be asking that question. The order from the chaos is impossibly improbable but it still dances to the Music of the Spheres. I like the Aghori belief that: if God is perfect, and God created the Universe and created us, then the world is perfect and everything we can do is perfect.

These questions are incredibly important to delve into because I need to be aware of the realities I choose to create. The world is a pretty crappy place right now, but it doesn't have to be, and I believe that things are quickly changing for the better (although much more complicated). Things will be different when people changed their expectations. An expectation that politicians will be corrupt is what allows for politicians to continue being corrupt. Either your past was positive learning experiences or an excuse for failure in the future, what you choose to believe will influence all future perceptions.

The goal is happiness and even though there may be aspects of ourselves we do not like, everything else is a lie.
